O. E.If I could give 10 stars I would have done that to. I needed to exchange mine EU driving license to a UK driving licence. I first went to Hanley, I told them why I came and needed help and advice how to do it, the first thing they told me there was that they were not trained for it and only gave me the forms. I need to send official documents like mine passport and current licence, just put it in the mail box they told me. It felt not right so I came here, the person who helped me took his time, explaining me exactly what to do and helped me with the payment, postal order, and send the documents with special order, he first explained me that was the best and safest way to do it, I totally agree. And than he gave me a slip with tracking number and receipt of the postal order. He took his time and advice me how to do it and check if nothing was missing, I forgot to put the right postcode of the Dvla department he noticed it and wrote it for me, one of the things I missed. If you have imported things to do just come here, they will guide you the best way.
