Had a taxi their and back from caravan park £3 each way a bargain ! BAR46 itself ? Lovely atmosphere, mostly for students BUT didn't seems to mind a few oldies calling in for a couple of enjoyable beers 😀

Busiest bar in Aberystwyth during university term time. Very popular venue with younger customers and students. Drinks range is comprehensive. Serving good quality bar meals and offering home delivery through app. Has outdoor seating available. Provides private function rooms on request.

Not really our sort of place normally; we're more usually to be found in traditional pubs and this is a student bar but a nice one all the same. However, the Sunday lunch was recommended to us so we thought we'd give it a go. Really nice Sunday roast and friendly staff. A rare treat to hear rage against the machine in the mix in a bar too; in fact there was some great music playing. Will definitely come again.

2 for £12 cocktails which is quite good and they had a selection of classic and house. Ordering at the moment is on the website you access with a QR code. They stopped serving food at 10 and cocktails at 11 but neglected to warn us of either of those things. TVs everywhere playing sports but if you're in booths you can mute them. Not bad service and relatively quick to get orders out, just disappointed with the lack of warning. Still would recommend for drinking. £5 for 3 bombs.

Fantastic bar. Nice range of beer and drinks. The best cocktails in town. And a 🍺 garden that is dog friendly. Food is also amazing. We have tried the lamb burger and chicken wings. Look for happy hours on Mondays. Very Friendly and professional staff. I'm coming back soon

A bit on the expensive side, but dog friendly which is a nice bonus (if you want to come and pet dogs and have a drink, this is probably the best place in Aberystwyth to do that - provided oh have the permission of the owner to touch the dog of course). Has a side room you can book out for events which is useful and fairly spacious (four tables with seats).

Lone female grabbing a Pinot or 2 in the quiet beer garden. Lovely young lady serving me where she had to get the "taped" up card machine 1st July (the other machines don't seem to like the garden) . Felt at ease thankyou 😁

Just ordered the chilli fries and cheese. Was lovely but alittle dry. Could do with being a bit moister. Would order again. The onion rings and garlic bread were lovely. Well worth 5 stars...

Every wonderful night and adventure I have had un Aberystwyth all begin with the phrase "I went to Bar 46..." talk to your bartenders (Holly and Nash especially) talk to your fellow customers (always a friendly crowd, especially on dead nights), and muster up some Welsh if you can. You won't be disappointed.
