S. S.Had the best Sunday Roast dinner.
From the moment you walk in the decor grabs you. We were greeted by staff who were really friendly and attentive. The food was simply divine, so much I did wonder if it was acceptable to order 2 servings! Then to finish off the perfect meal, came dessert! Oh WOW incredible.

I. C.Very nice country pub. However, was really busy for a Sunday afternoon with a huge queue at the door!
Therefore, we've preferred to have just drinks outside. Clean and tidy toilets, crowded car park. The prices were a bit to high but definitely worth it.
I would recommend a booking in advance to avoid disappointment. The country side is awesome too 😊

Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived at a pretty busy time.
Nothing too much trouble....food good , service very good.

L. T.First time visiting since the refurbishment. Impressed with the look of the restaurant. Kids menu choice not amazing. The chorizo and prawn linguine wasn’t as nice as before the refurb. Food took a very long time to come out which resulted in my 1 year old getting aggy and me having to feed him snacks from my bag which resulted in him not actually eating his food.
P. t. M.The recent refurbishments are first class. Really beautiful decor and seating. The food too is the best the Flying Horse has produced. Really great lunch was enjoyed, especially the dessert of triple cheesecake which was up to fine dining standards. Special mention for our waiter Jack who could not have been more attentive, friendly, courteous and professional. All round this I have to say has been one of the best experiences of dining in a pub restaurant. Extremely well done! Nothing needs improving!

A. B.Booked for 12pm on a Monday lunchtime, but incredibly slow service, had to ask 3 times for table water. Took 30 minutes for 3 starters to come out, when there were only 5/6 other tables in there! The quality of the food itself was actually really nice which is why I have given 3 stars. The kitchen saved what could have been quite a poor visit…service was better when couple more waitresses seemed to start at 1pm.
N. P.Fantastic pub, comfortable, clean and a great atmosphere and decor inside and out. The service is really good and the food was amazing. We had a Sunday Roast, which was cooked to perfection, the staff were welcoming and allocated us a spacious table to allow for prams and babies. Lots of car parking available too. Overall a lovely afternoon, will definitely return and would recommend. Great service and outstanding food The Flying Horse!
