We've just moved in around the corner from this place and went here for Sunday roast between unpacking boxes.
And wow - great selection of beers, friendly staff and absolutely amazing food. I have a feeling this will become our regular haunt!

Stopped off here as part of 'Treasure Hunt Birmingham' which took us up Frederick St. Absolutely my sort of vibe. Low lighting, cosy good draft and can beer selection and good natural wine list.
The aroma of 'Trader Kitchen' at the back made me hungry. I will definitely be back to try some food soon.
Host a ton of different nights here too, comedy etc.
I visited early afternoon on a weekend and it was quiet. Usy but a nice vibe, I imagine it packs out later in the night.

Friendly, helpful staff. Chilled vibe. Food was great and good portion size. Would love to go back and try more menu items.

Good choice of craft and cask, bustling bar with good food menu. Fella behind the bar friendly and helpful. Will be back

Another good reason to visit the jewellery quarter, the bar is based in an old badge factory and theres a sack cloth coverage by the stairs covered in badges. The guys serve up a good selection of craft beers some exclusive to the pub. You need to book a table to enjoy their cuisine which is definitely worth doing.
I revisited with my son so that he could purchase some mead, this is no longer possible as that franchise has relocated to the Great Western Arcade near to Snow Hill Railway station.
The ambience is still good and fellow patrons said that the food is still excellent.

Social Circle from Cake Agency, Birmingham held their annual Quiz.. really good to meet everyone and the staff at 1000 Trades were very helpful 😀

Really enjoyed the food here - the Philly cheese steak burger was tasty as were the selection of gins and whiskey. The decor is eclectic - one of the walls is decorated with badges as the building used to be a badge making factory so a great homage.

Went here on Saturday night - surprisingly there were a couple of free tables. Never have eaten there before.
Most of the staff were quite nice, unusual choice of gins. The food was ok - I really like the bhajis! The sausage and mash could be very good if the sausages had more meat and less fennel. The playlist was very good (although a little too loud on the first floor).

One of my favourite bars in Birmingham and one of the very, very best in the Jewellery Quarter. Always a warm welcome, great beer and a place to escape. The food is lovely and different and they have good music and entertainment too.

Organised a party at this venue. The service was professional and helpful, the owner was timely with his response to any questions or concerns. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Thank you.
