Some people don't bother with the track and trace and just get let in.
Went to a kids party today, which was great for the kids to tire them selves out. Food wasn't great as the chips were cold and the nuggets was over cooked. Other than that there was quite a bit on the kids plates.
Menu hasn't changed much and food wasn't as fresh as we'd expect. Staff are friendly and helpful.

T. T.My daughter had her 4th birthday party at Fuzzy Eds here yesterday. It was fantastic. There were about 23 children in total aged between 3 and 11 and all had a brilliant time. The girls Ellie and Becca who looked after us were so attentive and made sure everything went well. I would hesitate to recommend this place for kids’ parties. It’s amazing value for money as well - the package includes sooo much in comparison to any other kids party I’ve been to. Just amazing.

Overall a very pleasant experience, will visit again.
I was little disappointed by the chopped salad as I had ordered this in another sizzling pub but the portion I received at H&H was much smaller considering it was a main meal, i was still rather hungry afterwards.
I was also disappointed by the portion size of the corn ribs for the price you pay it was literally half a corn cob cut into quarters (so for over £4 I received four 8ths of a piece of corn with some sweet chilli sauce) this is not a starter I would recommend to others in fact I would advice them not to have it.

Food was perfect, a mixture of wraps breaded mushrooms, chicken, garlic bread and lots more, we had to bring some home with us.
The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble.
If you are looking for a decent, clean, affordable venue for a small family gathering then I strongly suggest giving these guys a call.

Can't give more than 3 stars because of their gluten free options for children, unfortunately like most places the gluten free options are very limited on the children's menu and my daughter is coeliac. That being said their chips are cooked in a separate frier unlike a lot of places so she gets to have them instead of a jacket potato and she doesn't feel left out when everyone else gets chips.
Love the play area, my kids could spend hours in there. I have always thought who ever decided to put play areas and beer together was a genius lol

We telephoned at 20 minutes notice yesterday for a table and the phone was answered on the first ring. Given a nice, comfy table and great food. Thank you to Lamarah, Becky and Charlotte. We shall definitely be going back.

P. D.The pub has an adjoining indoor and outdoor play area. The food was well cooked but lacked finesse. I had a nice burger, but it had nothing more to it than I could easily do at home. The amount of soup in the small bowl was below average. The kids meals were good and good value. The play area was a bit grubby. In all a good place that needs a little more attention.

To accommodate us the staff opened up a private side room and gave us exceptional attention. If only al pub and restaurant hospitality held up to this standard. The food orders were all lovely and we shared a lovely afternoon here. Highly recommended place to visit for food, drinks, rest break or family gatherings. Excellent varied menu

K. L.Much Better!!! I left a bad review for this place a while ago, but after reluctantly returning yesterday evening (06-12-2016), I have got to admitt how pleasantly surprised I was.
We called to reserve a table, which was clean and reserved as promised when we arrived. There was a lovely lady behind the bar who was patient, smiley, happy and even noticed I had forgotten to order my own drink (which I often do when ordering for many people). She had long dark hair, I think her name was Katy. It makes a HUGE difference, to be smiled at and not rushed when ordering so much food at once.
A lovely gentleman called Elvis arrived with our food, he advised on which plates were hot, everything came out within a couple of minutes of each other. Food has improved, we all enjoyed our meals and am really glad there has been so many positive changes. He was happy and cheerful and interacted with the children which was nice.
So if you have been in the past and had a bad experience, I would recommend going again as I was not disappointed this time. Thanks.
- Sorry, one bad point I had to mention, we reserved a table with the little 'wall toys' for the children, but the 1 out of 2 of the 'wall games' was broken, but our children took turns to play with just the one. This isn't really a bad point, just something that might be worth mentioning.

m. e.Kids love fuzzy Ed's. I had a birthday party here for my 2 year old, it was good, it took all the stress out of planning, and cleaning up after so I would definitely recommend. The kids enjoyed the food and birthday cake that was provided. I was meant to get free return passes for each child but couldn't find them in goodie bag and they wasn't given to me, despite this I will be booking 2 more parties in junJ for other kids. As for the hare and hounds the food is nice especially the mixed grill, the kids meals are good and great value for money. I would definitely recommend

N. S.I have been here a few times, mainly because of its proximity to our home. I like how they now have a better outdoor seating area and decking but unfortunately that won't stop the yobbish types "visiting"(more like staying all day) which can be very off putting. The one of the times that We visited I had My Nephew there who at the time was still in a pushchair and a lout decided to throw a glass which smashed right next to My Nephew's pushchair. A staff member cleaned it up but never moved Him on and so We left. We was only there for a soft drink as We had the little one with us and We was out for a walk. I don't see why We had to feel like We must leave to escape a drunk person at 1pm when He should have been made to leave. Apart from that experience and to be fair, it is a very warm place to sit inside when Christmas is coming and some of the staff are very welcoming however there are issues that need addressing that are more important than the decor.

This place appears to be popular with families and there's a lotta kids screaming about the place, but, thankfully, there's a nice if unintentional "quiet zone" behind a door and windowed internal wall which rather brilliantly filters out the noise. There are usually 3 ales on draught, however on occasion they have all run out.

Kids ribs had no bbq sauce on no corn for them. Husbands hunters chicken was the worse he'd ever tasted. My jacket potato where can you go wrong with that salad put on warm plate. You need to go to hungry horse to know how it's done.

E.Lovely. We went for a 2 for £9 meal I had the gammon steak and it's was by far the best cooked steak I've eaten beautifully succulent. Great staff really pleased with the service I received.

A. W.Our first meal here,we love going to sizzling as we are passing and seen the sign sizzling pub,so we literally decided to try it here for a meal...certain staff don't seems to be helpful,thoug,meals seem ok..

F. H.Friendly kids indoor play area also outdoor play area. Food can be ordered to eat in the play area which makes it a great place to take young kids as you can stay and play and eat!
