Thank you so so much for a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our work Christmas party at another venue was unfortunately cancelled due to do electrical issues so we had 24 hours to find somewhere to host 45 people. Athena at Nuvo was so unbelievably helpful and really saved our christmas event. We are so thankful for that as it was our first party as a company. The food was absolutely delicious (I craved it for about a week after) and the cocktails were stunning. All of the staff were efficient, proactive, clean and friendly the whole night. Fantastic customer service. Thank you so much!

Really nice drinks, had the honey bee (rum) was rather sweet and you could barely taste the rum. The flames on the drink has a cool touch to the whole experience

Everything from the chicken yakitori and salmon pak choi (hot plates) to the duck spring rolls (starter) and sushi platter (£60 option in image)... it tasted just as good as it looked. Heavenly. Will definitely be coming again, hopefully sooner rather than later. Oh and deserts were good, but compared to the mains, it was more average than 'heavenly'. Nonetheless a favourite for Japanese cuisine!

Everything about the restaurant was amazing

Cannot wait to visit here again, fantastic staff, didnt know which cocktail i wanted, so the bartender asked me a few qs and then said let me make you a special mix.. and it was certainly worth the wait, the whole time he kept me in convo, and to top it off , the cocktail was amazing!

It was OK. Expected more from the masterclass but Danny did a good job of keeping us entertained. Their Papaya Salad is amazing but they need to invest more in their djs. That night they had 'TwoGirls' who could hardly cater to our requests. It somehow spoilt an otherwise lovely evening

Nuvo bar....nuvo bar! Location: convenient especially if you live around the city centre. Ambience: good. Lively atmosphere Service: underwhelming. Food: nice, if a little pretentious. If you're hungry and craving a good hearty meal, you will be disappointed. You will still leave hungry However, if you want to indulge in a couple of plates of overpriced food and drinks ,in the company of loved ones, you will love nuvo bar

Really nice and fresh sushi. Not bad for the price but could've done with a few extra pieces other than that the service was great and we had a great night.

Had a great Experience with bottle service and the staff is the best. Going here next time I am in town for Holiday!

I really like this place. It plays all the old school hip hop and r&b classics and also mixes it up with some new school, garage and grime. more suited for older professionals (mid twenties +). drinks are more pricey than some of the other places but if you’re after cheap drinks, go to broad st! This is way more classier. Only downside is that when it’s not that busy; they don’t open the upstairs floor which has a much bigger dance floor.

It's a nice bar but I'm not sure if some bartenders know what they are doing. 9£ for a gin that doesn't taste like a gin and it's served in the wrong glass ( in a whiskey glass) ... too sweet- maybe because in the wrong glass and there wasn't enough tonic or maybe because bartender hasn't made enough of it and then had to fill it up with some sweetener- right from the bottle. However, very nicely decorated, clean bar and staff is polite.

The food and drinks were fantastic, staff were great, especially Rebecca, who was attentive and made sure anything we wanted was brought to the table, the bar staff even made me special rum and passion fruit cocktail that was not on the menu...I will definitely be revisiting again! If you love steak, make sure you try the fillet steak and truffle! 👌🏾👌🏾

Their cocktails are amazing, pretty expensive but if you get there early or book a table they do table service so you don't have to constantly queue at the bar. Nice atmosphere in there and as it's in Brindley Place there's plenty of other places nearby to make a night of it. We enjoyed our night a lot as the bar staff were very accommodating and made cocktails for us that weren't on the menu. It gets very busy from around 11pm!

Was here for a Hen Do, did a cocktail making class. Dan was the one who guided us with the assistance of Reece. He alongside the other staff (Laura was one of them as well as the female manager) made us feel at ease, even changing some food requests at last minute. Overall experience was amazing, food was amazing, even the DJ was amazing. Would definitely go back again when I'm in Birmingham.

A recent visit to Nuvo turned out to be one of the best nights I've ever experienced in Birmingham. The venue is stunning and the atmosphere from the crowd and music is just one not to miss! Cocktails and champagne - what more do you need for a great Saturday night out with friends! The staff are extremely friendly and would go that extra mile to ensure you fulfill your expectations of Nuvo. We're already planning the next trip! :)

Music was good but bouncers are trying to make money off people. Though there was only an hour left in the night and most of my friends were upstairs and the club starting to clear out - wanted me to pay £40 for the "fun experience"

Just enjoyed 50th birthday celebration at Nuvo. Reserved Veuve booth area for 22. Food and service was wonderful. Note there is £500 min spend on bar, in addition to food. Urban grind music wasn't for my crowd so went onto Reflex for 80s vibe, but would recommend venue for food and bar.

Quite a nice place but confused about what it's trying to do. Lots of great drink options and comfy seats with the place mostly seating, but searingly loud music makes conversation hard. Staff good and polite.

Have been to Nuvo a few times and enjoyed each one, strangely there is an air of pretension about the place despite the door and bar staff being very affable.
