Nice bar with an interesting drinks list. I have had some great cocktail recommendations from the friendly and knowledgeable bar staff on a few different occasions. I once chose something that I didn't like (such things are a matter of personal choice after all) and the barman tweaked my drink to my liking. The bar is located in a former bank and this provides a nice backdrop. The toilets and clean. Overall this is a nice spot.

Had our works Christmas Meal here. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Drinks and cocktails were amazing. Surprisingly the food was very poor, salad tasted a few days old (you can tell fresh salad), turkey had no flavour what so ever, my mains looked sad :(. Desert was decent!

Went for bottomless brunch, food was ok portions quite small and taste was average I had the cornflake chicken. There were 4 options for drinks, all good mimosa, prosecco, aperol spritz and bloody marys. Polite helpful waitress. Lovely decor and vibe.

A very lively bar and pleasant surroundings. The staff are friendly although there isn't enough of them as the wait can be quite a while due to the cocktails being made. The foods looks very nice although we did not eat there but lots were. The toilets could have been checked more as some were blocked and a lack of paper. I did bring this up with the staff and they addressed the situation Immediately.

Gorgeously decorated and an interesting and delicious cocktail menu, which we took full advantage of. My favourite of the night was the biscoff shake. We arrived quite early in the evening and had no issue with wait times. Even as the night progressed and the bar filled up we found everything to be managed extremely well, tables were cleared promptly and we were still able to get drinks in a timely manner. Music wasn't on too loud like some other bars in the vicinity, which was a definite plus.

Maisie was wonderful!!!! So kind and so helpful. Food was running late but we were offered free drinks and money off our bill and we weren’t expecting either! So considerate and kind of the staff and management. Would definitely recommend as we just had a wonderful time and felt very appreciated and looked after especially as I suffer with allergies and this was taken seriously by the staff who ensured my food and drinks were checked and safe. Beautiful bar, love the high ceilings and the green decor, really classy feel to it. Great range of unusual cocktails and they have a weekday happy hour (after 3pm I think it was). Really liked the peaches and cream - definitely didn't skimp out on the booze! Service can be a little slow when it's really busy - but this is to be expected at a cocktail bar really.

Located just 5mins from the City train station. A lovely hidden gem on the corner of the road, big open space for drinking and dining. We booked online a month beforehand to come for bottomless brunch, the menu was a light lunch menu and bottomless alcoholic beverages of a small options of Prosecco, bloody Mary’s, apeorol spritz and mimosas. They started the 90min bottomless drinks timer after our first drinks order. Lunch was delicious, but small. Drinks were lovely, but options were limited. The service was fast and our drinks did keep coming and the staff were always on hand even before we had even finished, which kept us very hydrated. We paid just over £30 each for brunch and we ended up having 10 drinks each and it was fair to say we were very Merry and had a fantastic time and good price for what we managed. Highly recommend, great location, atmosphere, service, food and drinks overall. We will definitely be back ☺️

Team very accommodating for a 40th birthday party if 10. I wish to thank them for their patience as there was so much chatting going on and we took our time to order. Almost all the food was amazing apart from my partners steak which was requested as rare but arrived medium to well done. This was rectified as soon as possible with no quibbles. The cocktails as ever were awesome and my auntie couldn't believe her eyes at some of the drinks that came over!

Love Lost & Found, Birmingham! The building/decor is beautiful… I’ve been for weekend drinks with friends and a pint and food after work with colleagues and clients. On my most recent visit, we had fantastic service from Oscar and some really great food recommendations from Becky and Simeon! The small plates (particularly cornflake chicken & crispy squid) and pizzas are amazing - would highly recommend!

The cocktail i had was amazing and not a bad price. However we did have food, for about 10 of us The items on the plate and produce was cooked but unfortunately it appeared that the meals had been plated, left then heated in some sort of heating device. This then spoiled how the food looked on the plates when it arrived.

Visited for a work lunch. Had the tagliolini and prawns, which was lovely. The staff were all pleasant and attentive. And according to my colleagues there was very nice ambience...I can't speak to that, I'm a simple man, the food was nice, I didn't wait long and had good company.

The food was fantastic and we both really enjoyed our meals. The biggest issue was the service. It took a long time to get our drinks when we finally got to order them. We struggled to get the bill at the end of our meal and when the waitress took our payment she just assumed I didn't want my change, even though the service charge was included in the bill, she disappeared for a long time with our money while we were waiting for our change, this got to the point that I had to go and find her and ask for my change. I know the place was busy so expect things to take a little longer but when there are quite a few staff members just standing around it is annoying when waiting for things. I resent any tip going to the front of house team as they were extremely slow with service. The kitchen team however did a great job with the food and I can't fault them.

Beautiful venue. Drinks were good. We had bottomless brunch and the service with the drinks was great. However it took an hour to get our food from ordering and we watched numerous tables who arrived after us get their orders first. I had the sweet potato and corn hash but it was not good. Did not appear to be a hash. Just some tinned sweetcorn, a couple of small piece of potato and a tablespoon of avo on the side. Described as being served with Korean ketchup but only appeared to have some sriracha drizzled on top. Also ordered truffle and cheese fries but the only truffle seemed to be a drop of oil at the bottom of the bowl. Sadly disappointing and although I would return for drinks I definitely wouldn't eat there again.

The place was so busy when we went but we quickly got shown to our tables. You order the food through the website and then it gets delivered to you to the table which was very interesting. The service was pretty fast. We ended up waiting for 10 mins. The interior decor was so unique and it's a big place. There was this thing that made me give 4 stars. The staff did not seem that friendly. It seemed very rushed. One other thing to note, if you are looking for a quiet place to eat, do not choose Saturday night it gets very loud so you may not have a peaceful conversation. The food was amazing. 5/5

The Gallery was lovely. A lady called me 2 days before to confirm my booking and I trusted everything would go smoothly for our engagement party. However, the Prosecco reception we paid for that I was assured would be ready for us at 8 when we got there, didn’t arrive until after 8:30 when everyone had already been sat down and paid for their own drink. Was more like 7 bottles that we pre-paid for. This upset me because the guests didn’t get the welcome I wanted. I had to tell the staff more than once that I already paid for it and that they confirmed it with me 2 days ago. She had to go and ask the managers about it. The lady on the phone 2 days before also asked me what time I wanted the food and I said 8:30-9. She may as well not have asked/ notes must have got lost because 2 people asked me 3+ times when I want the food and it came out 20mins later than we agreed anyway. The food was very good though, nothing left! The barman kept needing to go downstairs to get ingredient for drinks so service was sometimes very slow. Also, the barman stopped serving my partner around 10:30-11 because they said he had too much to drink and was rowdy. He was well behaved and polite, like as everyone else, and they said people all have different opinions of what “too much to drink” is, and I agree, but if you’re going to implement an £800 minimum spend, you must expect people to have a few drinks!! He wasn’t at all “rowdy” so this really upset him. This ruined the night for us and everyone was shocked, so we left early and went somewhere else. Lastly, the barman told me there was nothing left to pay because we hit the minimum spend, but 2 minutes later the manager came with a £270 bill to pay. I knew the food bill was £130 (after the deposit we paid) so I had to ask the manager to change this. Frustrating when we prepaid so much money and they didn’t know. Overall, it was still a really lovely night until the end, but I just don’t understand how all the planning/pre-paying/ phone calls before the night were forgotten about. I won’t be back again because of this sadly.

Attended a party in The Secret Room which was a lovely size room with our own bar and access only to invited guests. This meant you didn't need to worry about your personal possessions or putting your drinks down or the current worrying trend of spiking with needles. The staff were great and the food laid on was hot and tasty. I would recommend for a small intimate gathering although there is a requirement to spend a certain amount behind the bar which I think was £800.

The inside has character and lends itself brilliantly as a place to meet for a longer evening on the town, or a place to have a meal and watch lots of people enjoying themselves. The food and drinks menu is excellent, however serving times can be very sliw at peak times. This being said, staff are very pleasant and keen to make your evening a good one. Recommended.

They had never made a Manhattan and didn't know how to make it (although it is in their till menu) As a classic cocktail I was surprised by this, they need a more experienced person to help the youngsters out However, the staff member did have a good go at it and produced a respectable drink (with some guidance). Another of Birmingham's old banks converted into a bar. Large historical building and they've made good use of the spaces. Very interesting cocktail menu and a great signature cocktail as part of Birmingham Cocktail Weekend. Saw that they serve afternoon tea. When we went early on a Friday afternoon there was hardly anyone in but walking past again on a Saturday it was heaving with people which I think would have made it less enjoyable. Really tasty cocktails, but it's reflected heavily in the price. Good food and great atmosphere. Don't go just to have drinks with friends. The spoons is round the corner and at 1/4 the price, who cares that it's just a spoons! Wheelchair access is a bit of an afterthought, but as expected for an old building like this. Bar staff are friendly and experienced.

My friend and I had a really lovely evening in here. The food was great and there was a good atmosphere - even if it was so loud we had to shout to be heard. I enjoyed learning about the history of the building too, which looks very grand upon entry. A waitress explained to me that it used to be a bank and the vault now serves as the kitchen. All in all, a really lovely destination for a drink.

The first thing you notice about The Lost & Found Birmingham is the amazing décor. As a plant lover, the greenery and grandeur lift spirits and are a fest for the eyes. I’ve dined at The Lost & Found a couple of times, and the menu has a decent amount of variety which means you’re not bogged down trying to make a decision for the first part of the evening! The staff were extremely attentive, knowledgeable on the menu (both food and drink) and approached and anticipated needs well, meaning we didn’t have to wait to ask for more drinks or dessert. Most recently, I emailed The Lost & Found to book a table, and the process was simple, with a swift response, and our table was ready even when we arrived early. I love the different areas to the venue; from the main dining area to the bar tables, upper balcony and even the secret rooms. But there’s no point having lovely spaces if the drinks aren’t up to scratch; the cocktails at The Lost & Found are what keep me coming back for more. From seasonal specials to the classics, with a ‘map’ to help you decide what to try next based on the sweetness and strength scales, it’s simply a pleasure to work through old favourites and new tastes. The bar tenders make the drink concoction an entertainment piece (without adding any delay) and even ask how you find the flavour once you take your first sip. I love this place for gatherings and catch ups and would recommend diving into the cocktail map to find your perfect tipple! They even have live bands perform on certain nights too and you can book out the secret room (behind the bookcase) with its own bar, for up to 30 people if you want something more private. No sticky floors, plenty of cocktail menus – well worth a visit.

There is a great range of unique cocktails at average prices, and the menu is also quite varied, if a little pricey given the venue’s primary status as a bar. We visited on a Sunday afternoon as a party of 9, made up of six adults and three young children. We had already booked but turned up very early. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and sorted a table straight away. The choice of food and drinks was very good and we all found something we liked, even the children as they have their own menu. The food came in good time and was very nice. The staff were attentive but not over the top. It is a lovely venue and the second time we've been. If you are looking for somewhere to eat it drink in Birmingham I would thoroughly recommend.

By that point our meal had finished and we were told we had to give our table up soon and we still hadn't gotten our round. Totally understand that this is a popular watering hole, but I'd suggest staying away on Friday or Saturday night as you're likely to wait a while. Update: 30 minutes later and still waiting. Apparently two other customers stole our drinks or something. The hostess was really nice and it isn't her fault at all, but it was still quite disappointing.

Boasted a well stocked cocktail bar with quite an interesting 1920's prohibition theme, a particularly good touch on the menu listed all of the cocktails by strength and sweetness. Unfortunately on the time I visited the food let the overall experience down slightly. I couldn't quite place it but, although well presented, my burger (£9.50) wasn't great and I actually left half. My girlfriends fish (cod) and chips (again £9.50) was received well however. Overall I would choose to go back again, certainly for a cocktail or two, although I could think of better places for a meal for the same price.

This place is absolutely gorgeous aesthetically and the prices are very reasonable. I would have given five stars buuut.... the waiter scoffed at my friend who asked whether they had alternative milk to go with her tea. He jeeringly said, "this isn't a vegan place". First of all, some people are allergic to dairy and enough people just prefer alternative milks that it's pretty rubbish that they don't have this option. You don't have to be a "vegan place" to have dietary options. Secondly, there's no need to be rude about it. But apart from the rudeness and the lack of options, they had tasty food and great drinks and could very easily be a five star place.

Beautiful restaurant in the center of Birmingham. Every place was full last friday but they found a sit for us, very kind. Premises are very particular, looks like an old library; a big all with bar and three area with table for dining.It work also like a pub. We went for a typical fish&chips and it was very good, tender and crispy, coupled with mashed peas and a selection of sauce. Also the beer was very good, we went for a lager. I closed with a brownie cake with vanilla ice cream, very nice. Only remark is that the level of the music was quite high and there was also a lot of noise, but probably it's me being not so used to a "pub style" restaurant.

Myself and 5 friends visited around 9pm on Saturday for a meal and drinks. It was crazy busy so we were expecting really slow service, however it wasn't bad considering there was 6 of us. Our table was a bit cosy, we were a bit bunched up when we were eating, but this didn't detract from the meal because the food was so food and the place is so cute! Plants every where, twinkling lights and quirky furniture. The only thing that spoilt the night a little for us was that it was so so loud! We had planned on spending the night here, but as we couldn't hear each other to speak we ended up moving on after our meal. We would all like to return on a quite night so we can enjoy it more

formerly Bennetts Bar, this is situated inside an old bank and is a beautiful building inside with very high ceilings and decor from a bygone age. As a bar it's a great place to meet and does good pub grub and has a good selections of ales as well as the usual lagers, wines and spirits. It can get very busy as it seems to be an after work favourite for city workers; this generally means it also empties out fairly early too. Not really one to stay for a party but certainly one to meet and start one if you're not after 'cool' or 'atmospheric' but you are after room to move and a drink!

The place seems to have shrunk and the bar has moved from is original location. Maybe renovated - as this place used to be so spacious. Went for a mid week drink, I still like this place.
