The dancing jug. Outside. It seems like a club. Inside seems like a pub. Lively atmosphere But ..oh my...my my my The food is unreal!!! Scallops and the Hawaiian poke bowl. Both equally as tasty. Would definitely recommend. And 100% visit again.

Came here on Saturday for a birthday with 15 of us. The staff were amazing a big shout out to the lady with short black hair and the lady with bob length blonde hair! Very accommodating and just overall great service! I also left my bag that night and I picked it up today with everything still inside so grateful!

We were struggling to find a table anywhere for 6 on a Sunday evening, then we found the Dancing Jug. From the moment we walked in we had excellent service. Jordan offered us indoor seating or outside in the 'secret garden'. We sat outside in a quiet private little nook. There was good music which added to the atmosphere. Jordan was excellent, we were never without a drink and our food was delicious. I had the Sunday roast which was a good portion and very tasty. It was very reasonably priced and my daughter enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails. Monday to Friday food is 50% off which is unbelievably good value. Our meal for 6 came to £97. Definitely a place to go to.

What a great little place, tucked away from the main town centre. We booked here on Friday 13th August for drinks & food. There was 8 of us for a stag party, great service, great food and very good value for money. We were out in the secret garden which was lovely in the sunshine. Great spot for food and drinks and we felt very welcomed.

We had our h&m works leaving do here. Absolutely quality night, food was banging everyone loved it! Apparently the thai red chicken curry was sensational! The team at Dancing Jug smashed it, Jules made sure we had what we needed, had bottles on arrival, double checked our food orders (I rang up several times to change it), given drinks tokens, and the food came out all at the same time (22 orders). We were sat outside, we had heaters in our own, what felt like private area, with the option to go indoors and have a dance. Thursday night means Karaoke night! So we were up singing and dancing. 10/10 could not fault the Dancing Jug, gave my store team the best last night together. So grateful! Thank you!!

Came here on the 15/4/2021, the staff are the friendliest and just absolute perfection especially Jewels, Stu and James! Didn't stop smiling as soon as I came in, the food was phenomenal and the drinks were absolutely fantastic, I'd come back to Bournemouth just to come back here. Couldn't be happier! Amazing! Orders the Sunday Roast. For delivery. I had the roast beef with extra meat and Dirty Fries! One of the best Roasts I have had in ages, beaten most I have had in London. Excellent quality beef and perfectly cooked. Great value for the money... £12.95 I ordered on just eat and it was here in 30 min. Or so ( 3 mile trip, ordered a bit after 3pm.) Delivered to Christ Church Road area in Boscombe. Dirty Fries were Epic! Thanks for the lovely food to The team @ The Dancing Jug!

Absolutely first class service. Walked in out of the rain with a toddler and new born in a pram and were mentioning being hungry and that it’s 2-4–1 on burgers on a thurs for the barlady to say the kitchen doesn’t open until 5pm but she’ll check with the chefs if they can open early. Opened early and all I can say is WOW!! Burger was amazing and the kids sausage and chips was massive. No cheap cash and carry sausages in sight, proper butchers thick high quality ones. If you’re passing I’d recommend popping in for the food or just decent staff and a beer

Bar staff here are super friendly, offer recommendations and have been spot on so far. Cocktails are probably the best I've had in Bournemouth. Espresso Martinis are definitely the best I've ever had. Food looks amazing but as I haven't had any yet I'll save that for another day. I do know they use Peter Trebles for the meat so it's bound to be amazing. Must come here for the Steak Night..note in diary. Happy Hour is 12-8 so at under £5 a cocktail it's amazing value. Place is spotlessly clean, even the toilets.

A welcome new edition to the Traingle area. Simple but very good food menu. Mainly tapas and burgers. Nice bar with large outdoor courtyard on 2 levels and covered areas. We went on a Saturday night and it was very lively. More orientated towards drinking and party atmosphere. Perfect for large groups and celebrations.

Staff were friendly and the food was very nice, however the music was far to loud for the size of the venue once food service was over and seAting converted to a dancefloor I was put off by this venue in large part immediate location, having to dodge drunken trouble makers and over agressive begging close by on the way to it, meaning it would not be a venue of choice for me despite the venue itself being reasonable

I've not long got back from here and I've got to say, I had a good time. Nice and clean inside and Motown on the stereo. I had a few pints and as it was steak Tuesday, we indulged. The steak was awesome, honestly worth the money, easily. The beer was as expected, I could see cocktails being made by the very pretty Chloe, who went out of her way to make us welcome and looked after us whilst we were there( not easy as we are idiots).Will definitely come back here before I return home, well worth a visit.

Came here for the third time yesterday and yet again we were very, very happy. It was my best friend's birthday and there were 5 of us. My son is a very fussy eater and a friend has dietary restrictions due to coeliac's disease. Nothing was too much trouble and we were blown away by how accommodating the young lady on duty was. She was on her own all day and yet she made cocktails, served our food, dealt with all the other customers in there and gave my friend a little birthday cake with a sparkler. The food was delicious, as always, and worth every penny. We will come back again soon :))

Visited Bournemouth and needed somewhere to go to get out the rain. Interior looked very modern and we were seated in a booth area. Waiter staff were quick and friendly. We ordered the Sunday roast and omg.... it was delicious. The beef melted in the mouth and the ham was a giant ham hock joint!(could’ve served 3 people) amazing value and 5* quality. The desserts were obviously homemade and also phenomenal. Can not fault it! It’s just a shame I don’t live locally or I’d be there every Sunday.
