A classic Wetherspoons, great staff, quick service. I was lucky to find an empty table, it was very busy on a Friday afternoon. Felt a little dark inside but overall all good atmosphere.

This is a Wetherspoon, so you know what you're getting: a good range of food and drink at a good price. It's a nice pub but what really distinguishes it is the staff who are professional, helpful and good natured. Recommended.

Sticky table, rowdy customers in for an all day session, spoiled the atmosphere and made lunch a hurried affair. Typical Spoons fare, decent portions, decent prices, decent food, unfortunately the same can't be said for some of the customers who were yelling and swearing. I always think of Weatherspoons as being family friendly, on this occasion I was glad not to have any of my friends and their children or my mother with me!

An amazing weatherspoons, provides some of the best peas I've tasted in my culinary career. There's truly nothing better than a chilled bud light and hundreds of garden peas. Would definitely recommend. ( I heard that the kitchen staff don't like making peas, but I have an inkling they just want to keep all the peas for themselves!)

Had a leisurely Sunday breakfast and what could be better than a full English. The food was served by very friendly staff with no waiting. Excellent hot food. The prices always amaze especially the limitless tea and coffee for 99p. Excellent venue.

Ok so 1st time going for breakfast there ordered small breakfast 😋 and you get your own coffee ☕ food arrived 1st it was lukewarm 😝 and my egg had broke and served on my plate to me with no yolk 🥚called waiter over to ask for new egg thinking 🙂 he'd take my plate erm no 🤨 he grabbed a napkin and took just the egg off my plate with his hands ( no gloves) 🥴 came back with new egg on plate was awful breakfast 🍟🥓🍳 beans and sausage. I wouldnt go again and if i did i would try something else always worth a second chance. Staff were fine didn't have alot to do with them as you have to order pay table number all online.

WOW , what am amazing place it is , there were about 20 of us who went to the pub and there was not enough tables and chairs to sit all together , and due to covid we couldn't move all the tables so the staff allowed us to move 3 tables and order at table 3, the food came out within 5 mins of ordering, the staff where so lovely. The food was amazing aswell , I had a pizza !!

Friendly service, good prices and near to where I live. Second visit recently, joined a friend for afternoon meal, as social distancing only two tables available so sat in more comfortable ones, then told by a nearby couple 'you'll soon get moved from there" . . . I asked why and the couple said because they haven't cleaned the table yet. My friend (77 years) then picked up a couple of plates and took to the bar, a few minutes later this dark haired girl with a pony tail came up to us and brusquely said 'you can't sit here' . . . why we asked and was told table and seating area has not been cleaned! The girl returned to the end of the bar and carried on talking to a male behind the bar, where she was when I walked in. So myself (75 years) and my friend looked around for somewhere else to sit and eat and have a beer each, looked like only high seats available so we decided to leave. The waitress was still chatting to the barmen as we left, and the table we were sat at still not cleaned, our visit lasted about 15 minutes, we won't be visiting again!

When I say it's 4 stars I mean it's 4 stars for a Spoons. As long as you're not expecting fine dining this place delivers what you'd expect. The food is cheap, the drinks are cheap and for the price they are great. You can order by phone and barely need to leave your seat. Knocked a star off because no one cleaned the table while we were there and it was dirty from the previous customers.

Came in out of the rain with 2 wheelchair users. The bar stools and tables at the front were too high for them and the place was pretty packed. We were approached by a member of staff who quickly and kindly found us a more accessible low table, even asking the single occupant of the table if he would mind moving to the raised area which he did gladly. Good pub with a great range of food, alcohol and soft drinks. A tea/coffee machine on the bar was also accessible to our wheelchair users. A nice friendly atmosphere where other patrons openly chatted to us. Been here before with my children and had a nice meal and drink each for a reasonable price also.

Typical Weatherspoon's pub. Great menu at great prices. I had a £4.95 pizza and was very impressed at the quality and taste. The venue was very well laid out for social distancing. The tables were specially laid out further apart with clearly marked separate entrance and exit. Multiple hand sanitiser station provided for customer use which is a massive plus. Well done. Additionally staff requested that a member of our table filled out an NHS track and trace form (provided their details should an outbreak of Coronavirus occur) very impressed. Would give an extra 🌟 if the dark interior was lightened up and modernised. However very impressed. Overall Score: ************** 🥄🥄🥄 out of 5

This is a great place to have a great meal and drinks. Occasionally they do offers on drinks. This time it was G&T's doubles for only £3 with free tonic or choice of your top ups. Good value and choice of drinks as per any other Wetherspoon pub. Its good that Wetherspoons do offer some decent lagers now to compliment their range of ales. Tusker, an African lager is a good example of one of the good lagers on offer. The pub itself is of a much better standard than the Spoons in Poole or Wimborne. Winton is a better place because of it

Love it here. Extremely busy. Went for our 44th wedding anniversary breakfast. First time could say disappointed. Plates and cutlery hot. Sausages hot but the rest was quite cold, hash browns although looked well cooked seemed uncooked in the middle. Won't stop us going again though.

Typical Weatherspoons pub so the prices are good. Tried some food. Nicely cooked but the onion rings were really bad. I really liked that the place was full of students on a Thursday. The decoration isn't something extraordinary, just the usual pub decoration. Nice place if you want to have a beer locally instead of going to the town centre.

First time visiting. Friendly helpful staff, order was quick using the app. Covid aware, hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere and very clean toilets. WARNING: The Ladies toilet has a very comfy Sofa, learned this from my wife!

Went here for breakfast walk past this pub and always see the people outside with there pint at 10 in the morning. But decided to have breakfast here used the app to order our food and drinks. The food was nice and up to the usual weatherspoons expectations. Worth a visit if you are hungry and in the area.

I just love Spoons. This one is the closest to where I always stay and it is really nice, usually very busy. Only thing is they were understaffed last time I was there and it took a while to get served. Also we ordered via the app and saw our drinks sitting on the end of the bar for at least half an hour before they got brought to us.

Still put this pub as a to go to place for a drink. BUT and its a big BUT. Last night I was waiting for a friend to arrive and I was pestered by a loud drunk. He kept wanting to hug me shake hands and talk nonsense. He wouldn't go away so I had to go outside and away from the pub to wait for my friend. The drunk was outside pestering someone else and we managed to sneak in without him noticing. I've seen and heard him there before and he is not good for the pub. I won't go to this place on my own in case the drunk starts pestering me again. Move rating from 5 star to 3 and be careful - not a good thing to say about a pub?. I have rated this pub a 3 star because I was unhappy with how much the quality of food has dropped. As a whole, if you are visiting Winton. Doing shopping or just meeting up with friends, then this is a great place to come share a beverage and catch up. From my experience the service you receive is great. The staff are very friendly and at certain points of the day it is not overly busy so you can enjoy a nice natter with you friends or family without having to shout to be heard. They have decent offers for drinks, like all Weatherspoons. Out of all the pubs that were currently available since my last visit, this one was the best one to go too.

Wetherspoons pub with usual value for money. Curry and pint of beer for £6.70 can't be bad. Not gourmet food (the chicken was a little over cooked) but if you want to fill up on a cold winter's night and have an alcoholic drink, this is the place for you. This one doesn't have huge screens so you don't get drowned out by loud commentaries. Recommended if you are not looking for Michelin starred food and want a drink in a friendly atmosphere.

Really good atmosphere in a cosy, pleasant, town centre pub. Sadly my last visit for a breakfast was not good. I usually go to the Rumblin' tum in Charminster but it was packed out. The P+H breakfast was keenly priced but the hash browns were soft, stuck together and floppy, the fried eggs were not runny, just hard and rubbery and I counted just twelve baked beans.!! However the toast, bacon and sausages were fine. Let's hope my next visit improves..

Not the best 'spoons but does the job. Chips were grilled, so burnt on ends, burger was fine. Pints were nicecold, amazed to see a Piddle beer at £1.49 a pint, sadly the Punk IPA wasn't available, and apparently not the first time. What a refreshing experience! Yesterday we called into the The Parkstone and Heatherlands for a breakfast then beer prior to a day of visiting craft beer places in Winton, Boscombe & Southbourne with 4 mates. Kev in Wetherspoons in Winton is a magnificent ambassador for your company, he is very passionate about beer & approached us initially to provide us with leaflets on your 3 month ale list as well as a viewing of a brewers booklet/guide as he had seen we were using Untapped to rate one of the many quality Ales he had available. He was very attentive to manning the bar but in the quiet periods he would return & discuss not only Ales but also how good the company is that he works for. He mentioned the way that customers & staffs ideas are not only encouraged they are acted upon, he also talked about the apprenticeship schemes and how the staff feel really valued and part of the team. Personally I have never witnessed a Barman/Landlord being so friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming & passionate. I asked if he has any aspirations to go it alone one day and he stated he hasn't because he loves what he does and the company that he works for, it was very refreshing to hear, I wish him and your Company every success. I feel it's common for people to complain and write negative reviews on their experiences however I thought in this instance I must highlight just how well Kev had across. We will be returning.
