B. D.Very traditional and cozy local. A very warm atmosphere. I love the simplicity. No TV no music to distract your chat. Would recommend anyone to try a variety of their local brew.
H. E.Being meaning to visit for a while but shut when I've been passing. Managed to pop in for a cheeky pint, and wished I'd not waited so long. This is a proper pub. Its not a chain. Its not flash. What it has is a friendly landlord and great beer at reasonable prices. Next time will be a longer visit.
4 stars only because its shut when I've been passing (which i understand) and no food on offer, but this is available a few doors away at steak and stamp I believe.
