This is such a lovely pub, staff really friendly, and impressed how it was kept so clean throughout the night. The main guy ( wore a cap) approached us to let us know a table was free so we had a seat. Definitely will be back.

The Sunday Roast here will rival any top end resturant for quality. Accommodating, polite staff & service prompt. Only choice of two meats however both Beef & Turkey delicious, good choice of fresh vegetables with homemade gravy & a selection of sauces. Roast potatoes & Roast Parsnips crispy & fluffy inside ...A truely enjoyable dinner at £7.95 per person . Would Definitely Recommend If Your Looking For Nice Food In Cosy Atmosphere.

It's a pub with history. We go back a long way. It's had its ups and downs but the people running now are very enthusiastic, the place is on the up and it's nice to see.
