v. b.Nicely upgraded, looking very contemporary. Good service and reasonable prices. Will be back next week to try out the delicious looking Sunday lunch.
C. B.Beautiful food, polite staff and clean calm atmosphere. Visited on a Sunday at lunchtime for a roast. Lovely portion sizes, massive yorkshires too. Would definitely recommend.
M. M.Really surprised how nice it was there and the girl running the bar and taking food order's was brilliant, she was very helpful . So as a result we've booked a Sunday lunch for this coming Sunday and looking forward to it as the food on the day we were there was great.
I. D. (.Tiny little place with a big atmosphere, it’s always a pleasant pub to visit, staff are awesome and the drinks are poured expertly. If your coming here for one or more you will be welcomed and you will enjoy.

S. B.Great place for adults as they have a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available, along side your usual bar snacks. Friendly staff who always have the best intentions and will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your visit there. They also serve food Monday to Friday mid day up till 3pm (it can vary, depending upon if any events are happening) worth popping by for some traditional pub food with the kids in the day time,its relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
They also serve vegan,vegaterian and gluten free options.

l. r.My opinion only, I found the staff extremely lovely but the food quite disappointing , I had a Sunday lunch of roast beef, the roast potato just tasted of oil and the gravy was pretty tasteless if I’m honest, shame because the food as a whole was cooked well
M. D.Quiet before the evening storm I suspect. A bit utilitarian for an older bloke to relax in. Nice pint of pale ale though.
And it ain't 'Spoons, (edit) which is a big positive. Will call again next time in Bridgend.

L. H.Brilliant pub. Very clean unlike some others. Now it is under new management there’s a buzzing atmosphere, all staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is lush and not too expensive.
V. T.Great place to meet or warm up ur Friday or Saturday night in bridgend town. Unlike some other other pubs they play music early. Never had any trouble here. Usually a good atmosphere
T. M.Just discovered this site by accident. I used to drink here as a teenager many many years ago. At the back of the pub was a little snug room which was crowded on a Saturday. I used to drink with a lad called Alan, who worked with me in Avon Tyres, now long gone.
A nice ambiance about the place.
