Reviews of Watermill

Lovely pub with spacious indoor and outdoor areas set in the countryside. Great selection of drinks including local beers. Menu is small but has a great range of options, all items we order came out well cooked and presented. Meal deal Monday to Friday is £13.50 for 2 courses which for this quality of food is amazing. Worth booking because it does get busy.

Lovely pub, had a great Sunday lunch. The gravy was delicious. Dog friendly, even had dog biscuits and water available. Very accommodating as booked on the morning for the Sunday lunchtime. Great real ale too

Very inviting exterior, and the staff give you a warm welcome. The interior decor is what to expect from a country pub. The food is really nice and cooked fresh to order and the deserts sing of homemade freshness. 😋. Really nice will definitely again.

Lovely place in a wonderful location.
The food is delicious, very good prices as well and couldn't fault the staff!
The fact that it is dog friendly and it even has a "Doggy Bar" makes it perfect!

Friendly staff and great views from the gardens. This pub is located by the river in the middle of nowhere and is a beautiful building. Amazing service and great food. The portion sizes are huge, the tear and share garlic bread needs to come with a warning haha it was massive! Would deffo recommend this place to anyone, if you're after a nice quiet drink or a pub lunch this is 100% the place to go

Delicious food, every meal was enjoyed and every plate cleared. The food was very tasty. We were a party of approximately 30 and had the three course Christmas menu which was excellent value. Everything was served at the right time and piping hot by charming staff who also served up extra sides. Lovely place with plenty of parking. Would really recommend it. Thank you Watermill.

Very welcoming towards us all including my dog! Was seated straight away. Fab service. Had fish and chips for 2, really nice, both enjoyed. Excellent value for money. Proper pub grub!
Asked for special diet requests for my dog and staff more than happy to help.
Lovely walks in surrounding area, lovely play area for children too.

We had drinks outside, sitting with our dog. Very pleasant. Separate non-smoking area in beer garden. Dogs also welcome inside the pub. Food served indoors but not outside - today at least.
