At The Bath Arms again . Always great . The Lamb Sunday lunch was excellent . The staff are friendly . It's just a nice place to go to and has a buzz about it .

Bought a friend here for Sunday Lunch as I was showing him the sites of Brighton and well wow. It was absolutely amazing! The food was perfectly cooked and tasted lovely, the Pork just fell apart without needing a knife. The Brownie dessert equally scrumptious. Service was top notch and friendly. Really made the whole weekend visit to Brighton. If you go anywhere else on a Sunday you've made a mistake.

Staff are good. The food's a bit odd - roast beef served without any roast potatoes, replaced instead with pureed/mashed carrot, and something I think was perhaps kale. It seemed to have been cooked with orange oil, and as a result tasted rather like a Terry's Chocolate Orange. Adequate for drinking, eating maybe not so.

Pros: A good textural experience, pretty Christmas lights and Christmas carols vibes. Staff are nice. House plants are nice and bathtub on site if you need a scrub. Cons: BE WARNED £5.70 for SINGLE vodka orange. Shocking. Not nice to students.

This is another of my favourite pubs in Brighton. Today we had some bar snacks and they didn't disappoint. Again no pictures because we demolished the food as soon as it came. We had the Apple and Black pudding Sausage roll, the pork pie with pickle and the honey and mustard sausages. So yummy. Our drinks here are Fosters and a Brighton Gin and Mediterranean tonic. All that food and a round of drinks came to under £25. Well nomz.

Just came for a drink as so many other pubs were too busy. The Bath Arms was busy but not over-crowded and we were able to get a table at the back. Good drink and nice atmosphere.

Very good bar for a variety of Ales and the traditional pub look. Not really the sort of place to go for a Lager (they have 1 maybe 2 on tap if you count Fosters). However, their selection of bottled beers do make up for the lack of lagers on tap. They have a good food menu as well, with selections such as a big pork pie.

Our favourite pub in Brighton, can be quite difficult to find amongst the Laines but worth it, very old building full of character. Lovely friendly staff. Food awesome, offering something slightly different and compared with other places in Brighton cheaper.

Great pub, cosy atmosphere so go here if that's what you want or need. The bar isn't far away from pretty much all the seating which is always a bonus, especially as the evening progresses.

Fantastic pub tucked away in the lanes. Perfect escape from busy Brighton. The food is the big surprise. Fat Nick the chef is the most jolly chef you're ever likely to meet, and passionate about his food. We went twice we loved it so much. Pub classics cooked well with good ingredients, not a microwave job like most chain pubs. The burger, fish and chips, and Mac & cheese, brownie are highlights.

Dropped by for an early Sunday lunch - glad that we came in early as the place was filled up with hungry locals (or tourists?) very soon. I ordered a fish and chips (as one always does when visiting Brighton). The batter didn't overpower the fish and the taste of the fish was nicely preserved, it felt like it melted in your mouth - Delicious! :)

Friendly pub, like an old local. Nothing fancy, just a traditional pub serving decent food and not charging an arm and a leg. Really great staff - they actually want you to enjoy being there and want you to come back! Really comfortable, relaxed place to grab a drink right in the middle of the Lanes!

Deceptively large venue, beers and wines etc, all the usual pub fayre. However their food is exquisite. I've seen the kitchen and it is a professional set up with professional chefs. Even if you order the bangers and mash, you have a wide choice of sausages, mash and gravy. In busy times there may be a wait, but trust me when I say its worth every minute.

Wanted to find decent pub food, so took a look on Google Maps for suggestions. Based on the description (and subsequent look at their menu online) we went to the Bath Arms. The food was sublime and the staff were great. Beer was varied in choice and hit the spot! Would highly recommend.

I love this pub, have been visiting now for about 10 years. The food is superb and staff are excellent. I organised a Xmas dinner for 15 of us, one year and the manager and staff were brilliant, extremely helpful and made the experience memorable. Love the location in the laines, so much history...can only just imagine what has gone on there for all those years!

Very busy little pub in the Lanes in Brighton. Serves main meals but bar is very busy in the early evening. A great range of beers and spirits and friendly an efficient service. Some tables outside which are popular in the summer and, of course, with smokers!

This is a great little place, a traditional pub in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter/South Lanes. Good Food (sunday roasts too) , they have a roaring fire going in the winter and fresh oysters and such in the summer. Some outdoor seating in the pedestrianised area out front. All your usual suspects on tap and a good wine selection. Staff are absolutely brilliant too! Can get very busy on friday and saturday nights with varied crowds of people including local workers and parties.
