Mince pie croquettes and craft beer, hipster heaven! On my latest visit, yesterday, I enjoyed three more beers and bought a bottle of Black-Belle to bring home

I absolutely adore this place. Always has the most amazing selection of Craft Beers on tap. My last visit had the likes of Deya, Omnipollo, Polly's Brew Co amongst others. The food is next level. Whether it be their burgers or the tapas style small plates and tacos, I defy anyone not to be blown away by the flavour profiles of these dishes. The vibe is always electric in the evenings with great tunes and happy people enjoying themselves. The staff are really nice and clearly love working there. By far the coolest place in Brighton. So cool I hosted my Brother's pre-stag in the hideout last year which was incredible. They just refurbished it so looking for another excuse to host something there.

The staff knowledge is incredible, they recommended 4 amazing beers. And the oyster mushroom calamari is so delicious! Will be bringing all my friends back! Also worth noting is that the staff were so friendly and sweet, even directing me to another bathroom when they told me I couldn't queue for the nearest on due to covid safety precautions. So polite and kept our well being a top priority. Definitely going back soon!

A great selection of beer and good food. If you like IPA and ales you will have no problem spending a few hours here. It was great for my partner who is vegan and for myself who is not. Only criticism I could give is it quite expensive for just a burger and fries.

Bison bar was really lovely. The staff were great and very accommodating. We had a party and they allocated a room for us in the downstairs bar. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had the right IT set up to play a video and had a good night. We had 20 people in the room fow stairs. The benefit of renting a space with Bison bar was that it is free to rent, whereas other places in Brighton charged a lot of money up front, required a deposit or a minimum charge of £500 plus. I would highly recommend Bison Bar for any events.

Hands down my fave place for craft beer, the range is great and always changing, the staff are really freindly and know what they're talking about, the music they play is banging. It's also nice to be somewhere that manages the covid safety well. Definitely would reccomend a visit X

They just do great beer. Ideal for small groups but I like to visit alone and really taste those dank brews 1 on 1. Quite strong some of them, I did a little bit of wee on their toilet seat. Being a nice bloke I mopped, flushed and left with head held aloft.

Beautiful atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff. As someone who hasn’t tried many craft beers I was tentative about entering but was met with a lot of help in choosing the right one for me. Nicely laid out venue with friendly young staff. Beer selection is good but a little expensive. Nipped in for a quick pint and it cost me almost six quid. Bit steep. Taught me, a senior, not to venture into hipster territory.

Probably the best Sunday Roast I've *ever* had. I'm not normally partial to roasts, since I find them overly stodgy and boring, however the cinnamon(?) based gravy, the use of a sharp tangy saurkraut type side and succulent meat helped steer this experience away from the expected for me.

The best Craft beer place in Brighton's North Laine. Great selection of apa's, ipa's, stouts, and other beers. Loads on tap and even more in the fridge. They also have a good range of wines and an excellent choice of spirits. Clever modern decor, loads of space with separate basement hideout to hire. Love the food too! Lite bites n burgers. Really tasty crispy meatballs n sauce, also enjoyed the baked camembert and relish. Worth a visit.

Big fan of Bison. You have to be a real beer geek to go here though! Had some great beers here since it opened, such as Yellowbelly, which Omnipollo only make a limited number of bottles each year. The pub itself is a bit strange. It's very thin but has three floors, with Mario Kart 4 player downstairs!
