A. R.Excellent. Very nicely decorated. Vibrant. Plenty of big TV screens for the sport, but not your average sports pub. More classy. Good range of drinks. Blue Moon - can't go wrong! Attentive staff, too. Ordered from the bar but they walked around and checked if we wanted anything. Top stuff!
C. S.The owners of this pub are so lovely and warm and accommodating. Rang just before a football game very last minute as the place we were going to didn't allow dogs, asked if they had space for a couple and a dog, they squeezed us in and were so lovely and welcoming we went back again and played some of the board games there.
Love the decor, especially the pictures in the toilet. It's had a lovely makeover since I used to visit years ago!

D.I visit bright quite regularly and lived there for 5 years, trying out many different pub roasts as there are a lot to choose from most are at the same price point but the food can differ drastically. The roasts at the Eddy has to be the best I have come across in Brighton, every element was cooked to perfection, melt in the mouth meat, crispy potatoes, and a huge Yorkshire with a delicious gravy to match. Another thing about the roast offeree is that you get a generous portion of sides greens, carrots, and cauliflower cheese when some pubs charge extra. The staff was great and very attentive asking if we need anything else and the chef came out to ask how the food was which was a nice touch and shows that he cares about the food he serves to customers. I would definitely recommend the Eddy and can't wait to come back again and maybe try the standard menu too.
M. T.Good food, casual atmosphere. They accidentally dropped our reserved table by a system glitch but made sure we got one and got us a bottle of wine immediately. Things happen, but they made sure we still had a good night 🙂

I went on a Tuesday intending to only have a burger, as a friend had recommended these burgers as the best in Brighton. bought a burger and a pint for 12 quid or so. was then informed because it was Tuesday that I could have anything else from the menu free on the 2 for 1 Tuesday deal. I had the nachos and this is the best decision I have made this year. The nachos themselves are homemade, as are the sauces, chips, burgers, as far as I could tell, everything. Simply the best restaurant in Brighton.
J. B.Lovely place, lovely staff, amazing food. Only had to wait about half an hour. The only reason it wasn't 5 star was because they didn't have a full menu available (no lamb or beef). Otherwise top marks. Book in advance as it's very busy.

c. 0.One of Brightons best kept secrets. Zany little pub, with the mad and crazy vintage décor you would expect to find in Brighton pubs, but doesn't make it feel pretentious and exclusive for the trendy crowd. You can still walk in have a good pint and watch the sports on the tv. Still has the staff sitting in the corner playing with phones, when not required to serve (Which is a pet hate of mine), but with that exception I would recommend it for a first stop if coming off or going on the train at the close by station, and would make a perfect local for anybody living in closeby distance.
