Really enjoyed my Friday night here. The vegan noms are AMAZING. Never had vegan chicken like it... and I'm not even a vegan but oh my lord. We booked in advance for a hen weekend. Upstairs is an arcade and mini racecar track which is soso fun, especially when you're a bit tipsy. We paid for our race car rides in advance too which helped the night flow smoothly. Lovely, friendly staff who probably got super annoyed by us gaggle of gals screaming the place down but they were fab. Will definitely visit again when I next go to Brighton!

Not bad. Cosy atmosphere. Cool retro arcade games room upstairs. Very limited food menu, only vegan options from what I could see. Decent portions, average prices. Quite limited on beer options too. Mainly IPA and ale.. Decent enough place but nothing to write home about. I would visit again though. A solid 3 star.

They had trivia the night we were there! As well as board games to play, and arcade games. They had an app to order food quickly, as well as taking orders at the bar. Comfortable and laid-back environment, plus good vegan food

Really fun place to be. You have a huge selection of arcade games and other fun activities to do inside. The staff are very friendly and inviting. My only negative is that sometimes the beer can be a bit flat.. Not cold enough. Otherwise I will be coming back

Went for the quiz on Monday, so funny and so much fun (even if we did lose.) Fairly priced drinks for being in Brighton and delicious vegan food. Bathrooms need so repairs but otherwise very clean.

Weird cross between a dive bar and an arcade bar. Kinda dingy interior and the cleanliness of the loos wasn't great considering we were there in the daytime before the rush. We tried the one pinball machine but it had a fault. The room with the "raceway" upstairs looked nicer but overall this wasn't what I expected for an arcade bar.

Love this pub! We always come here for Gaming Retro-bution retro gaming on a Tuesday night normally. The food is amazing and great value for money. I’m vegan so the fact it’s an all vegan menu is super nice to see! The staff are all really lovely and kind. Would recommend!!

Loads of different ales to try with numerous old skool arcade machines scattered about. However the best thing was the VR booths, and the model car racing upstairs, where in here for a few hours and loved it. only thing to note is that the VR / Racing stuff isn't open all the time, from around 6pm in the week. So worth a call to check

Not as big as you'd think from the website, but still good enough. VR booths are good as you can play against 3 others, but a bit pricey £10 for approx 5 minutes although you get a free beer, so £6.50 in real terms. The remote control cars is good fun and can have 8 players, with the guy giving a running commentary adds a bit of pressure when you know someone is catching you. All in all a great pub, just lacked some atmosphere, maybe because it was daytime. Food was amazing though.

Such a good vibe every time I go. Brave endeavour to make ~50% of your bar an arcade but I love it nonetheless. The GoT screenings were also a big highlight earlier this year and the selection for lagers and ales are brilliant. Underrated in the scheme of places tourists and visitors should go to.

Great location with good selection of drinks and retro games. The VR experience is a very popular choice and costs about £7. Additional shoutout for the mini car race track which is alot of fun especially if in a group (although there are only 10 spots). The only drawback is that it can be a bit crowded on busy nights.

This pub is awesome, we had so much fun. We booked in to do the escape room, first time doing one and we absolutely loved it. Tried out the VR experience too which was really cool and a bargain at £10 for 10-15mins and a pint! Great night all round!

Fun, trendy bar that's fairly central. We came here for an escape room game which they run upstairs. That was lots of fun and a little scary! Would definitely recommend that for an hour, booking is required. Good drinks selection, OK prices.

I went here to catch a public viewing of Game of Thrones. The staff is very friendly, prices for drinks are reasonable (they have special rates for students - always a plus for me!) and ambiance is very fun and cosy. Lots of things to do aside from drink too! They have VR games (which I haven’t tried but they look fun), too!

This has got be one of the coolest and most quirky pubs you can find, the outside of the pub is aesthetically pleasing which you can notice straight BV away. Inside you have a great bar with nice spice rum. However this is not what sets this aside. The pub has professional VR systems in the downstairs, then you go upstairs to find a retro arcade. Not only that you have a huge track with radio cars with the steering wheels and pedals and commentary. Just go see for yourself.

I really enjoyed this pub/bar and definitely would recommend if you are in Brighton! Why? Because it features Brightons finest features, being quirky and fun. They have different themed nights but mainly revolved around some form of fun games that you and your friends can participate in. Good for young adults. When I went there was a racing RC game setup and VR gaming. You had to pay, but this is expected and it made a really memorable night. I would definitely recommend visiting! Even if it's just another stop on the pub crawl it's worth it. Take a look at the pictures alongside this review to see what I mean.

Rad barcade with lively atmosphere and a variety of games to choose from. Downstairs is the main bar area (which can get rather crowded) and upstairs are more arcade machines and RC race track - arguably the venue's major draw. Great fun for a large group of friends, even if it does take a while for you all to differentiate the brake from the accelerator.

Lovely cozy establishment, great to hang out with friends or groups. For fun there's multiple old arcade cabinets (a vintage Mortal Kombat II, a two-player with many built-in classics and a Street Fighter 2 pinball) as well as home consoles in the back. Food used to be top of the line, it's just okay now sadly, but overall it's still a great place.

Had the vegan burger here the other night and was surprised at how amazingly good it was. Also the pub is decked out with loads of awesome games to play like a 4 player VR shooter, 10 player RC racing and a good old Time Crisis arcade <3. Staff were friendly too!

VR, car racing and arcade games are there to entertain you throughout your evening, and combined with good beers this is an grand and unique place in the ever-changing character of Brighton.

Arcade area, includes a Moral Kombat II converted to Pandora (buttons and stick are bad but the guy who supplies their arcade games openly said he know this but only does it for the money) which are kinda unplayable BUT the bar and staff are awesome, great vibe, if I wanted to competitively play at an arcade there are a few in London and Manchester with working cabs. For what it is, to get drunk and have fun its a fantastic place!

Can fully recommended the Pit Master Sandwich and I'll be back to try the rest soon! The food here is wicked! We ordered one meat and then 4 sides (the deal is 4 sides for £9.95) but I was a bit drunk so you can probably order in a cheaper way but anyway the food was amazing. The beef brisket was rivalling the brisket I had in NYC recently and if you chose the right sides you'll do well! I shared with my husband and it was enough for the two of us. The burgers sounded amazing too so we will defo be back to try more. Wicked choice of beers too!

We had some food, the beef burger was good, but the fries were really over salted and the quesadilla was also really over salted. Overall for drinks and a good night would go there all the time, but should've stuck to the old BBQ food

It's a pub with reasonably priced rum and craft ales so finally my friends and I can all get along and drink together without anyone having to sacrifice their wallet. Plus they have loads of board games. One of my favorites in Brighton

I'm not really sure what to make of this place. It's more of an adult play area serving alcohol. They have virtual reality areas with people wearing VR goggles in their own universe being laughed at by their mates. They also had what looked like arcade shooting games, table top games and an Escape type Game upstairs. As you can guess, not really my cup of tea or beer. But it was fascinating to watch people being immersed in this stuff. The beer was ok.

This is a pub with booze and unnoteworthy food. The reason to go to The World's End are the games. It has 3 VR boths downstairs. I went with a group of middle-aged friends and we had fun playing a game where we all flew around a palace shooting each other. Upstairs there is a huge scalextric racecourse that 6 or so people can play together. Easy to have a fun night with all that on offer.

However, the Worlds End is a barcade. It has interactive games on all 3 floors. VR downstairs, swanky digitized car racing and slots first floor and the amazing Lady Chastity's Reserve Escape Room on the top floor. Plus lots of old school board games too!! Ace place

The World's End has changed A LOT since I last went there. They have re-jigged the lighting and made it a lot more colourful. The dark corners where you can hide away have gone. It looks and feels so much better for it. The biggest change is that it's now an arcade pub with Tron-like car racing upstairs (and a bunch of other arcade games), and downstairs there are four Virtual Reality booths where you can team up with your buddy and shoot up the galaxy. IT IS AWESOME!! I LOVE IT SO HARD!

Flippin' Eck the chicken nugget things are to die for. Crunchy and roast chicken-y they come with a mayo dip and honestly I was meant to share them but did I ding. I ate that whole bloody basket.
