Angie McCoy singing,good quick and friendly service,lots of people(me included) enjoying Angie's dulcet tones.l didn't mention it's situated in the hot spot of the universe........Staple Hill, Ok l may have over egged my praise of my birth place but it is a lovely pub.Did l mention that Angie McCoy was singing there the night l popped in.Give the place a try,you will be pleasantly surprised,music nights are great!

It is a very friendly environment with two outdoor areas which are great for sunny days. There is always some snacks on a Sunday which you have to pay for and the money goes for a cancer research charity. It has great variety of drinks and many TVs for sport lovers that like watching any games.. Really recommend it for a Sunday pint of cold beer!

This pub doesn't really have a good selection of beers. The staff are very friendly. There's also a pool table and dart board. Lot of screens up if you're into sport. You can't avoid them really.

A great local pub, dog friendly so we often pop in here after walking the dog on a Saturday afternoon. A good point and a packet of crisps starts Saturday evening off nicely!
