Really enjoyed a lunchtime drink and snack on Sunday here, beer and wine were excellent, and the space is very relaxing, with lots of sunlight if the weather happens to be good. Pizza was good, but could have been a bit more substantial, thicker base and a bit more topping, but ideal for a light snack. Definitely will return, beer selection was great.

Ira, The retirement group wanted to express our huge thanks to you and your fabulous staff for our visit last night. We had an excellent time - great atmosphere, great beer and pizzas. The service, for a party of our size, was superb. Your team managed the cooking and serving of our pizzas with speed and no fuss. Everyone ate and drank happily. Update... Sea salt pizza was fab .. if you want the nachos without the nasty cheese just tell them....very friendly staff...beer awesome as always. I love the beer here..but the food... It's not great.. I have had pizza.!!..tried nachos.. disgusting..who puts liquid cheese on nachos..unless you are in Texas or at the cinema.. gross! Fair play they gave me a refund on the Nacho's! The description on the menu needs to be updated... Not right...not at all passable as decent Nacho's!

The perfect little spot for a bite and a drink in the sunshine. • Pizza: goats cheese and mozzarella (I forgot the name). It was super tasty, cooked to perfection and would definitely order this over and over. • Drinks: I ordered an oat chai latte and it was absolutely perfect. •Service: the staff managed to give us a table outside on a relatively busy day for a quick spot of lunch. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.

So myself and my partner had food here this evening, this is just a review based on my experience. The food is absolutely spot on, however front of house and general management just seemed super poor. We ordered drinks and waited 20 minutes and in the end had to remind 2 individual members of staff about our drinks, once they arrived we ordered food which we expected a wait time but was surprised it wasn’t too long. After finishing my first slice of pizza our brownies had been delivered to the table…?? Not The worst problem but just added to the experience. And then we were left waiting for the bill for 25 minutes even after asking for it twice. All in all it wasn’t the worst place, food was great and highly recommend, the front of house was pretty shocking I have to admit. I don’t normally expect much but it would have been nice to have felt accommodated for.

We have ordered both breakfast waffles and pizza dinners from them the last few months and the food has just been fantastic. Excellent service, they are always so lovely and accommodating over the phone, and the delivery is quite fast. We would definitely recommend.

Been here several times. Staff are always friendly. The place is well organised but relaxed. Food is excellent....best pizza's in Portishead. Kids love the waffles and the beer is better than anywhere I know of in the area. Please keep doing what you're doing Port!

Their ultimate waffle is truly amazing. Latte with oat milk is delicious. It’s shame they don’t have soya milk. Staff is super friendly and there’s table service at the moment.

Delicious pizzas and snacks. Amazing quality and a wide range of craft ales and beers, most of which are brewed on site but also an ever changing guest selection from mostly local breweries. The staff are all welcoming and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is comfortable and cosy. We love this place and highly recommend it!

Good venue, but service is slow. Not having anywhere to enjoy an outside coffee with the option to have a smoke whilst chatting with friends is a big NO from me, I prefer a more Mediterranean relaxed and open format.

Stumbled across The Port whilst in Portishead as normally stick to the Marina or by the lake. From start to finish it was faultless. Nice atmosphere, great staff…..the beer and pizza is up there with the best I’ve had. Will definitely be back, gem of a place

WOW! Best pizza I've ever had, (including Rome, Venice ,Naples, Pisa etc.) Perfect, thin, crispy base with an eclectic choice of toppings...delicious! Add to the that the great selection of their own brewed beer, chilled atmosphere and attentive and friendly staff and you have a rather pleasant evening indeed. I'm only sorry that I hadn't discovered this place sooner!

Visited this place with 5 friends today Sat 11th Dec. Had checked website and was not sure I would enjoy, but Oh how wrong I was. I had a really nice beer and pizza. 3 of my friends had tea and remarked how hot it kept! All our food was great. 10/10!

Great place, good selection of beer, the 'tasting rack' with selection of your choice of ales and snack is worth trying and good value. Pizza's are delicious and outside seating with heaters is a nice place to be. One of the best places in portishead

Have visited The Port many times and on each occasion it has never failed to impress. The pizzas are phenomenal, the beer is excellent and there is a wide selection. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are friendly and attentive. If there were more stars to give then I would gladly give them.

Love the beer here so keep going back. We have sat outside and enjoyed Pizzas and waffles (at different times of day as they only do one or the other at different times). We love the pizzas - thin crust. The Hopper beer is very good! Heaters outside ti keeo warm.

As a vegan, it's hard to find good pizza, but I can honestly say hands down, this is THE best pizza I've eaten in years! Absolutely delicious. Hard to believe it was vegan. My boyfriend had a very non vegan pizza and loved his too!!! Will be ordering from The Port again without hesitation. If I could give it 6 stars I would 🥰

Took my husband here as his first meal out since sheilding/lockdown. The staff were so helpful and understanding of the situation. Our friendly server wore her mask everytime she approached our table to take an order or deliver drinks, food, take away dirties. They made sure all visitors sanitised hands and staff were all cleaning their hands regularly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone trying to find somewhere safe to ease back into everyday living and socialising. We will be returning again soon. Thank you to The Port staff for keeping us Covid safe. 👍

Fantastic microbrewery, has a fantastic array of beers on offer and has some good choices as well. Service is very friendly and welcoming, decor is very modern and social, a great addition to the Portishead food and drink scene. Would strongly recommend a visit. Car park just round the back, they serve pizza and tapas as well.

I cant fault the food or the drinks but when my 20 year old son had no ID with him even though we had ordered food he was not allowed to drink. So just for reference please see the govenerment website that says:- "However, if you’re 16 or 17 and accompanied by an adult, you can drink (but not buy) beer, wine or cider with a meal." So this really shouldnt have been an issue, understandable if he was alone but with both patents they were not following the law! Bit of a shame but nice meal down the high street instead.

Fantastic local brewery that go above and beyond. I ordered a keg of their beer for my brother's birthday during lockdown and Yav was kind enough to deliver it with a hand written note saying Happy Birthday!! Also, I've had confirmation that the Portishead Brewing Co beer was the best birthday present he got this year!
