After 2 days traveling in Bristol on our way back to train station we just saw an not visible pub and de side to eat something and Surprize: so authentic pub with nice interior lovely stuff tasty bear and delicious food. It was the top and best surprise before we left. It is a real museum - see all rooms upstairs (a tip for you)

Has an array of local and well known beers as well as harder drinks. The food here is always on point, the wings that you can get are possibly some of the best that I have ever tried. There are plenty of outside seating areas for the nicer weather days as well as a small rooftop terrace area. Upstairs there are two large rooms that are often used to show live sports and there is always room for people there. Overall the service was very good and the price/value ratio is very good for a pub that is almost right in the centre of town.

Normally when I'm in this part of Bristol I go to the Punchbowl or one of the pubs further up Old Market, but came here with some friends and was pleasantly surprised. Trad pub with some nice beer.

The rooftop terrace is the hidden gem of this place! Wicked selection of drinks, easy app service along with fab staff service at the bar! The manager also goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a brilliant time here, which is definitely welcomed and appreciated!

I went here for a pizza today. Since I last went, the place has had a kick of paint (since it has gone under new management) and it looks inviting. The candles in the fireplace was a nice touch. The pizza was really nice and fresh, and the fries that came with it were yummy, too. I also recommend the coffee, as it's premium stuff!!!

Lovely old pub with many interesting features and a good selection of beers. Pizza's are pretty good too and reasonably priced. Friendly staff and live music gives the place a great atmosphere, well worth a little jolly and if you like jazz then Sunday afternoons are for you!

This pub has just undergone a refurbishment and now a much more comfortable place. There is no change to the bar and the selection of drinks are okay. I haven't checked out the above function rooms since the refurbishment, but I believe these were also done.

Recently refurbed back into a proper, yet odd and quirky pub! Great beer, ale, cider and Spirit choices. Now serving proper pizza's with home made Dough. Welcoming to all. Great original features inc a Well, grade listed court room, 1st floor smoking terrace and even a priest hold in the flat above!

One of my favourite places to drink at and perform in Bristol. Staff are nice and the open jams that used to be on, presented a very caring and supportive enviroment. I have only met nice people every time I have been there, and I have been going there frequently since January. If you get a chance, go and meet the nice people that turn up there. I love this pub!

This is a very enchanting place indeed! It has warmed the weary traveller since the 18th century. It has a very welcoming atmosphere, especially when one of the regular live bands are on show. The layout and architecture is very quirky, putting you right back a couple of hundred years, but in a good way. Highlights: -Good pubs snacks -Friendly bar staff -Good selection of whiskey, beer and cider -Live music -Club music upstairs -Pub games Bad points: -Old carpet

I've been here on a few occasions, The first time I had some food during the day.. They have an awesome menu and some of their food is really unique and cool! One of my friends had a Beef and Chilli burger, Crazy, And it tasted amazing! I've also been here for a live music event, it was quite quiet, the bar was sticky and a smell of vomit! - Not great. I would definitely return here for food during the day, but not so sure about a live music event..

Considering we visited just after work and the place was quiet as a mouse it was disappointing that the glasses weren't cleaned properly and the drinks tasted stale. The other times I've been it has been busier and there were no such problems. So the lesson is to visit when it's busy. Great music venue as well.

When I first moved to Bristol a year ago, the Stag was the first pub I went to regularly, and it has remained my local. I've made so many good friends just from being around the pub and the people there. Great atmosphere, always amazing music and live shows, and the food and drink is consistently good. Get down there people!

A charming little place, where the brevity of the menu is made up for in the presentation and taste of their signature tacos and chilli. The facilities are up a flight of creaky stairs and a little hard to find, but that's a minor whinge - there's additional seating upstairs that's often used by roleplaying groups. Whilst there is live music occasionally, I'm not sure it's especially well advertised and I'd advise checking in advance in case you were planning on being able to hear your friends think whilst you're there!

Why would you use the phrase Orcish to describe someone. Like this is an actual phrase used by anyone that isn’t a total nerdy, bucktoothed virgin. I’m surprised that pasty faced Games Workshop employees can drag themselves away from beating themselves black and blue to Game of Thrones for long enough to actual sample real life. The lack of Wizards, Princesses and Dwarves in the Stag has always been an issue but they counter this with friendly service, great food, tasty local ales and some really enjoyable live music!

Le pongo 4 estrellas porque hay unas pequeñas quejas, la primera no tiene gran variedad de sidras, y lo segundo su app funciona regular, mezcladose sin aviso productos. Porque lo general los empleados muy majos y son rápidos.
