S. S.When I arrived, I was not sure whether to seat myself or wait to be seated. Guy behind till was not really interested in my question, but eventually pointed at a table I could sit at. The rest of the staff were lovely. My waiter was very polite and checked my order. Food and drink delicious. There is a great choice of food. Would come back again.

G.My partner and I came in for something to eat and a drink before a gig at Usher Hall across the road, and it was so nice - music was really loud and we’re both autistic so we were a bit unsure if we were going to stay, but our server (receipt said the name was Will I think) was really lovely and friendly and took good care of us! Chips were amazing too.

A.Although the drinks were very nice, the outdoor covered area is great and when I booked the table the communication was fantastic from the staff and no complaints there, however the ordering of drinks however on the App took far too long to arrive, 30 mins on average twice... we then had to order more straight away to predict when they would arrive. No reason was given but process definitely needs streamlined especially as August will be a prime month with customers.

Went in for a glass of vino with the wife and a couple of juices for the wee ones, and the girl who served us served us with a 5 star smile! Sadly I didn’t catch her name (Carol? Cassie? Callie?), the bartender James kept the kids entertained with a joke and a couple of silly faces (:p) and as always Martin was there to capture everyone’s attention with a tale from the past.
Will certainly be back to this quaint wee boozer as soon as I get the chance! Thanks All Bar One!

He was very good at explaining everything and made really nice cocktails. We had plenty time in between to drink our cocktails and have a chat. Thanks again Martin for a lovely evening, we would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a fab evening!

e. “.Went as a group. Lots of space. Lovely setting. Spiced lamb meatballs from tapas menu were fab. Nachos home made and everyone enjoyed. Tapas macaroni perfect for a small appetite. The lads who had the burgers scoffed the lot so have to assume they were tasty. Will be going back.

P. Y.I really like this bar. They have a good selection of wines and beer. A nice selection of food. The food and wine deals when on offer are usually very good value for money. Friendly, smart and tidy staff. Much much prefer this one to the other ABO in Edinburgh.

L. O.I was here for work drinks on a Monday night. There was a reserved table for 15 of us and it was pretty quiet in the bar other than us so I was amazed how long it took to get our drinks order, at least 20 minutes if not more. I'm just glad that the gin and tonic with coriander was worth the wait.
The place was nice and clean and I watched the other bar staff dusting and keeping busy which is nice to see.
M. W.I reserved a table for a leaving do of a colleague last wk. My equiry e mail as well as subsequent e mails with changes to the booking were all dealt with promptly. I have never been this particular branch of All Bar One and this branch was equally as lovely with it's decor as its George Street counterpart. The service by the bar staff were friendly and professional. Very happy with my decision choosing All Bar One Exchange.
W. o. S.This is a good option if you just want to enjoy a few standard bar drinks and nibbles with friends at the weekend because unlike many other bars in this area there are usually plenty of seats. The decor is pleasant and bright, the toilets are clean, and the staff are friendly.

S. R.My regular place for eats and drinks before concerts in the Usher Hall. The food is good and reasonably priced. My only adverse comment is ... Not preferred at 1700 hours when the local office staff invade and noise levels rise ... especially on a Friday but it soon calms again
C.The Classic Burger was as delicious as ever. Every bite, a taste of heaven! Mind you I have been on lockdown for the past few months. However, I did try the other burgers available, but, they weren't as yummy!

D. S.All Bar One has been my "work local" for years - it's overall very good, although I wouldn't recommend it on a Friday night before eight as it will be absolutely heaving. It's a great spot to meet someone for a business lunch or to have drinks on a quieter night. This place really comes into its own in the summertime, when everyone spills out onto the picnic tables and it feels more like an outdoor party than a pub.

J. P.Festival Square is great location for an All Bar One with plentiful inside and outside seating. Not inexpensive! Just off Lothian Road so close to lots of public transport options (or taxi if you must) which is good given no-one wants to drink and drive.

K. S.I prefer this all bar one of the two we have in Edinburgh, it has a much more London feel, could be to do with all the suits who converge here post work for drinks. It's a mixed crowd and always a good atmosphere. There's a great outside bit to sit when Edinburgh decides to shine on its residents. It's one of the largest terraces i've noticed in Edinburgh. Again, food is good pub food, and wine selection great. Located right next to the square outside the Sheraton Hotel, with its big TV screen, ideal for lazy summer sport watching.

C.Hadn't been in for a few months, and this looks like it's had a recent makeover - the seating areas and toilets both look like they've had a recent refresh so this is a pleasant place to spend some time. It's not especially cosy, although there are some booth type seats. decent cocktail and drinks menu plus the usual bar food type options. Usually some sort of deal on eg on menu, or cheaper cocktails on certain nights.
