Reviews of Dirty Dick's Pub

Cozy pub with a wheelchair accessible entrance and tables low enough I could just drive right up and be set! Sadly no accessible toilet as the cubicle space is too small to fit a wheelchair but if you have some mobility the door is on the same flat level. Staff were great and very helpful. Great selection of beers and whiskey flights too! Absolutely love the eclectic decor ❤ Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area 😊

Visited this pub on Sunday morning so it was quiet, punter wise. Music was loud though, volume would have been better suited to busy times as human bodies absorb the sound. Pints were nice and the staff were nice.

Very cozy place to drink beer on a rainy day.
Unexpected great food, lovely staff, a selection of games that you can feel silly with.
Constant surprises on the walls and ceilings.
Really felt the Scottish vibe.

4 stars due to a lack of available tables band dining in areas. There is an option to dine in. Although, there are around 10 tables. It's cosy, friendly, warm, a great environment and excellent staff. Prices are good, a little high but won't break the bank. £5 a vodka coke. £5 a cider. Surprisingly one of the most flavorful vodka cokes I've had... I never knew they could taste different. It was smooth, refreshing and nice overall. I will recommend. Well done staff!

Fabulous little pub on Rose Street, my English customers loved it. Popular with the young team too. Good vibes and good quality range of whiskies and beers.

Best Bar on Rose Street, great selection of whisky and absolutely amazing staff with some great rock tunes playing in the background. Foods amazing pub fare too. Been in several times and all the staff are happy to help you find what you need. Must drop in if you're in the area.

Another brilliant pub on Rose st. Great decor. Food looked alright if a little pricy for what you get, but each to their own.

Would suggest to anyone who wants to try traditional scottish food to go there. It was delicious food in a typical pub.The deep fried mars bar is a experience for itself, you have to try it. The cullen skink was really really good.

A little divey bar, which I love the vibe of personally. Huge assortment of scotch whisky (they even have a whisky Bible) and the barkeep made some great suggestions of what we might enjoy. Great atmosphere, good drinks and friendly staff, 4 stars only because the food is nothing special, what you expect from pub food.
