The young womans service on 16/7/2021 between 20:00-21:30 though she was rushed off her feet was fantastic. She was very friendly, helpful and the drinks were well made. Will definitely stop here again

Nice atmosphere. The music was super cool, 80s, 90s. Cindy Lauper, etc. So it makes you want to stay. A good Magners on tap (Irish cider) and a good haggis burger (Scottish specialty made from stuffed sheep's belly. It doesn't sound like that, but it's very good). Warm welcome. I recommend.

A very small but quiet pub where you can eat typical dishes such as fish and chips, soup of the day... and seasonal desserts. The highlight are the beers, excellent! Excellent beers both on tap and in bottles.

Awesome bar over the road from its sister pub the Rose & Crown. Small place with a huge selection of drinks. Cocktails on draught! A great find and we’ll worth a stop for a pint or three.

Came in to a big crowd of Guinness drinkers so had to wait a little for service, lovely staff and a decent selection. I didn't have a pint myself but judging by the crowd and by the looks of it, they serve good Guinness!! Its a small pub, very cozy and intimate once the group left!

Lovely pub/restaurant with a nice local friendly vibe. Tucked away at the back of Princes Street. Quiet place for a romantic meal or just a place to chill out. Prices are OK but wouldn't say cheap; a large glass of pinot and pint came to about £9.00. Lovely place and would recommend for somewhere relaxing and friendly.

Strange cosy little pub, friendly bar staff but they serve at own pace. Food was on offer but appeared to delivered from premises opposite. We had popped in for one drink enticed by its funny name so it done the job i guess.

I walked past here many times and finally went in. Tiny place (possibly 8 tables??) but a bit individual. Place got busy just after I sat down). Toilet a bit cramped for me as I am on crutches but apart from that I will be back.. Freshly decorated. Tables to sit in the sun and music at the weekend.

Cozy, quiet (and slightly odd) pub where one can get a beer, cider, or whisky as well as free WiFi. Luckily I came in while the bartender was present, but I saw several other customers come in and have to wait for the bartender to return from across the way to provide service.

The Shoogly Peg in Rose Street in Edinburgh is quite a small, quirky pub popular with tourists and people looking for decent pub grub at reasonable prices, it boasts a largish TV in the corner and is ok for watching sports. It has decent friendly staff and good WiFi although they weren't displaying readily the password. The downside of the place is.; the stools at the bar were very uncomfortable and if you're a woman beware of the toilet, because there's only 1 cubicle . There's also outdoor seating
