Me and my husband were first time visitors, and we had to catch a 11 o clock train to London and wanted to have some filling breakfast before that. We were comfortably seated by the lovely staff,on socially distanced seats and the service was really quick. We both had Mushroom Eggs Benedict. It was absolutely yummy! And later we decided to try the sides like hash browns and mushrooms. Absolutely loved the experience. Will definitely visit again the next time we are in Edinburgh.

It's a good place to be at weatherspoons pub where its located right next to the waverly train station, it was a bit crowded and noisy but staff are very friendly

Wish I could not rate this place higher than 5 because they 1 very friendly staff great breakfast we have. Food is serve nice hot. And place really clean. Great value.

Extremely busy but we were lucky to find a table to accommodate 8 of us. Ordered using the app and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly our drinks and food arrived.
Only criticism would be the smell in the toilets and the fact some of the doors wouldn't lock.

Had a fantastic time here on a Tuesday afternoon/evening. Food was good and drinks were fantastic, especially with the prices.
If you're sharing your table number online to get extra drinks from friends or family (as we did), currently the staff will stop this from happening as soon as they realise or otherwise you may be kicked out from ordering too many drinks!!

As it is located right next to Waverly train station this Weatherspoons is nearly always jam packed, but it is a great location and has a lot of seating so if you are willing to stand around for a bit you can usually manage to grab a seat eventually. The food and drinks are pretty standard Spoons level, maybe slightly more expensive than some others I've been in but overall, a fine place to grab a quick drink or a little food!

Very informative and surprising facts about the river and bridges, with the added delight of seeing plenty of seals🥰

Standard weatherspoons food, my poached eggs were lovely, however my husband did not enjoy his full English breakfast, and his eggs looked particularly sorry for themselves. 4 stars to reflect the quality based on the cost, which as usual is reasonable.
