Reviews of The Keller

I have lived in Edinburgh 6 years and had never heard of this pub. It is a lovely pub tucked away from the busy streets of Edinburgh. Service was great and drinks were good value. 100% recommend and we will be back!

The Keller is tucked away in a Lane just off Broughton Street, which adds to the charm of this German-style taproom. The decor is inviting, and capped off by real hops hanging from the wooden beams. It's got a lot going for it: friendly people; great selection of beers; dogs are welcome, etc. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Very nice cocktails and friendly staff

A delightful, cosy pub close to the city centre with arguably the best beer in Edinburgh. Beautifully decorated, very friendly staff and you can even buy plants!

We visited for the opening day and the design inside was impressive, especially the hanging chairs by the window. There was a great selection of beers and great service from the staff. A must visit!

So I don’t really like pubs that much, but I love this one!
It’s an amazing lovely atmosphere, created by the lovely staff and the beautiful decor - lots and lots of plants as you come in the door and dried hops all over the ceiling.
The drinks are incredibly good - beer and gin, and probably more thing by now - made on the premises, thoughtful cocktails and combos, and all quality business.
It’s spacious, looks very nice, it’s clean... classy, quality, comfy, homely, friendly, lovely.
Good pub quiz too :)

Really cool pub, tucked away down an alley off the main street. It has dimly lit, chilled vibes and is great in the week for a less busy, quiet pint. Lots of great german beers, especially darker and wheat beers. Also has a pub quiz on Tuesdays!

Eight cloves in my hot whisky, great in my book.

Fantastic bar with great draft options (now with their own beer brewed on site). Lovely staff and gorgeous decor.
