Not much to look at from the outside but don't walk past! Inside clean and welcoming with great beers and a huge choice of whiskies. The best pub in portabello.... They also sent us to the best place to eat called the forresters which is quite a walk to the other side of town but well worth it.

This is by far the best pub in the whole of portobello Very good priced and always a warm welcome, Did landscaping work next door and the pub manager was very nice and all staff are top notch

Was a regular here lots of years ago but after recent visit it has not changed. The best bar manager bar none??? Lots of cliques and would be snobs but also genuine hard working guys that are great company. Worth a visit.

Good place to end up after a walk with the dogs. It can be a bit cliquey but I keep away from them. Fresh farm eggs sold on a Tuesday. Good for watching football and rugby. Bad staff generally efficient

Great neighbourhood pub. Has a good selection of beer and spirits. Staff are friendly and efficient. Unfortunately due to a lack of a kitchen there is little in the way of food or snacks. Well worth a visit but eat before you go.
