Lovely friendly staff and locals visited the grant arms on my birthday weekend to glasgow myself and my wife had great night at the karaoke. The staff and the locals made us feel most welcome.

First visit to this pub today and I was very impressed. Covid safe and I received a warm welcome. Only £3.25 for mac cheese and salad. Very tasty. A decent pint of Stella as well. It was relatively quiet when I visited but had a friendly atmosphere. A good place to visit to get away from the crowds. Recommended.

It has got to be the cheapest food menu in the whole of Scotland. I ordered the lasagne 2ith chips. Grated cheese melted into lasagne and chips were perfect. All for £2.99! And pub is lovely and spacious with music in background. And you are located right next to Central station in Glasgow. Perfect location and cheap beer. Stella is only £3.55!!! Wow!

Fantastic pub, good atmosphere, great punters, staff very helpful serves food during the covid carry on and, at very reasonable prices, visited three weeks ago and again on Saturday ((( greenock fair Saturday ))) had a great time. But, for the time being ((( no karaoke allowed due to the covid rules ))) but hopefully within the next two to three weeks things will start to pick up and, karaoke will be back on the menu. 🎵🎼🎶🎤🍻🍺🍷🍸🍹🍾👍

A riot and good priced drunks for city centre

Visited the grant arms on a Saturday, the karaoke was in full swing,. The great bar staff where very fast at serving customers. The prices are hard too beat considering it's in the city, i can't fault the place ! But if your expecting frills you best go somewhere else ( that leaves a seat for me lol ) all in all a great day out .

Only in Glasgow can you get a bar that does Saturday afternoon karaoke where nearly every woman in the place is dressed in sparkly tops as if they were on a big night out. Kitchy, quirky, great fun and a Glashow institution that's well worth a visit.

Had heard good things about the karaoke on a Saturday so dropped in with the wife at the weekend to see for myself. What a belter of an afternoon, the highlight being the bloke who felt he could pull off Elvis's "An American Trilogy", as the saying goes, god loves a tryer.

We had a great time again at the Grant Arms pub. Prices are great for booze. I'd like to try the food menu because it looks nice and at a decent price. You might need a bit of a hand to get in if you're in a wheelchair and you have to ask the bar maid or someone to check female toilets if you're a man in a wheelchair as mens is down stairs. The staff are great, friendly and willing to help. Great time had by all. Again sats maybe a tad too busy for a wheelchair.

Reviewed this pub 12 months ago and still a sound boozer for a good laugh and time out .. 1 thing not changed mind and that is the karaoke Dj and whacking his favourite singers on 3 or so times b4 you get a chance to have a chirp ... Annoying as he gives u spiel about 90 minute wait etc but chosen ones on many times baring that a decent boozer for a sound time.

This is what I call a pub!! No frills and no knickers, a cracking pub should be more of these places, what you would call a dying breed of pub. Not for the real ale chaps but a proper drinkers pub. By the way the pub is not where indicated on Google maps which is in the middle of the station, its on the corner of Argyle street check the photos.
