Can't fault the staff, very friendly and courteous but was shocked this evening by the lack of non compliance of a significant number of patrons between 8-9pm(i left shortly after) There really needs to be a steward on nights like this, groups came in but partrons following came in while others were giving track and trace derails, some booths had more than 8 people, plus friends standing at ends of table talking to then, the toilets(gents) which I believe allow one at a time had SIX people, I only entered as the door slide said the toilet was vacant, people came in for a chat after a pee, look about etc. I pointed this out to one of the colleagues(beautiful blonde, lovely eyes, great smile) and while I said I wasn't blaming her or staff for patrons behavior, the need for a steward was there to try and enforce compliance and stop the place getting Into bother if inspected, she seemed to take it personally. As I've said, she, as the rest of the staff, have been great but the amount of non compliant patrons has put me off from visiting again

The Exchange bar was very busy when we visited at lunch time. It was spotlessly clean and although the staff were extremely busy we had our meal in a very short time. Everything was well cooked and presented. We have been several times and would recommend it.

Great staff, clean. Friendly. Plenty on at weekends. Menu available. TVs mounted in a few areas. Toilets at rear of premises, usually clean apart from Saturday /Sunday nights. Karaoke always a huge hit, weekly. Other entertainment as advertised. Right at entrance of EK shopping centre, plenty nudes, and taxi rank to the side.

It's a pleasant pub.. friendly staff.. Had a meal with my brother and we both were less than happy... Wasn't asked if we enjoyed our meal... if I was..I would have said no.. Don't think I will eat there again Sad really as I was looking forward to my meal

Good place to meet up with friends. Friendly pub, always a good night. Food can be a hit or a miss. Bring back the chef that they had a cuppla years ago, so much nicer.

I drink here regularly if I can't get a seat in Hudsons. Had a couple of tasty lunches, and they do karaoke and live singers. They do put football on but the karaoke woman sometimes puts her equipment on before game is fully over which has angered a few football fans. The clientele is 8 of 10 fine, but you do get your odd balls picking fights or being a bit in people's faces and staff arnt always fast to remove them. I usually leave in these instances. my partner and I celebrated new years eve with Exchange and it was a good night but we were sat with a group of strangers and we have anxiety and took a while to get comfortable. We had asked specifically to be sat alone and where when we booked. It was only two of us. We won't be celebrating there again. We wanted to celebrate with each other not forced with others. You should ask when ppl book if they don't mind being sat with others. We knew when we got there. But the night was set up well with good singers and nice pies.
