T. H.What should have been an amazing pub was spoilt by some lads who think it's okay to bully my friend for their appearance. The bar was great, but to our own fault we didn't didn't report our issues to the staff, we simply decided it was easier to leave, so I won't give lower than 3*.
I will come back though, and hopefully have a better experience. I thought the ancient Craven A advertisement was a cool touch
T. T.Keep in mind....I visited on a quiet Monday night...so not sure how it compares to a heaving Friday or Saturday night. But my feedback is:-
The venue is a very pleasant place to have a drink in. The Real Ale, (Butty Bach), was excellent...only £3.20 a pint. Was informed that a very experienced cellar man looks after the beer. The bar staff we met were friendly. So, all in all, cannot fault the place. Top marks!
D. D.First place we stopped for a pint on arriving in Hereford. Nice pint and live music at the weekend.
H. L. M.Staff were so lovely and very accomidating. We had a big table late on a Saturday night. Cocktails were insane and the food was great! Reasonably priced too.

V. C.Okay place on the weekend. Bands all seem to play the same gig every weekend. But again service is spotty. And always a wet bar. Apart from that a young crowd mixed with mature always pleasant there.
J. M.We popped in for a couple of drinks with friends to meet other friends. It's pleasant inside. Dogs are welcome which suited us. Our dog had a little play with another dog. Would go there again.
