J. C.What a great Sunday afternoon listening to Keith Cheeseman with guest Chris Martin. Some fantastic blues tunes. Well worth the visit. Decent beer and very friendly staff. Sure we will be back again

L. S.Lovely little bar with an incredibly welcoming staff team. People regularly pop their heads in for a look and end up staying for hours. Locally made ales are available and the recently opened kitchen serves excellent quality pub grub.
D. P.I felt like a snack so I asked for chicken nuggets. At 9:40pm I was expecting to be told that the kitchen was closed. At best I was expecting processed chicken with a pot of sauce. I was incredibly surprised to be served with pieces of real chicken breast and coleslaw. The portion was generous and, being a Wednesday in August, I only paid £1.50. I seldom eat out but the chances are that even when "eat out to help out" ends, I will eat here again. (I have drunk here too many times).

H. R.Off the Road would be a hidden gem, but I don't feel clean. The place is a mashup which is brilliant, but I don't know. Some cracking starter bands and a chilled atmosphere,but don't feel totally at ease. I am a registered mentalist I need to feel safe in my environment, but it will take time with this place. I want to perceiver, but finding it difficult.
