b. r.Not an establishment that I would visit often as it's too far away and the occasion for this visit was too celebrate the life of my relative recently deceased. Other than our funeral party not many patrons were in the establishment but the glorious weather meant that many people could be outside. The bar staff, maybe the proprietor, were pleasant and efficient, helpful when they could be. Tables were provided for the food and overall for a sombre occasion it was an enjoyable time to catch up with the remaining relations. The place was clean and tidy throughout, and overall, despite the occasion the afternoon went well. Yes on this visit we enjoyed the place.

P.Really nice beer in here, the staff are very nice and friendly, unfortunately it's well out of my way so I can't really make it my local boozer but if my car has to go into garage then I'll be happy to waste my time waiting in this pub

s. c.Not a bad family pub, usually in summer they have a bouncy castle, lots of parking pool/function room. Foods not bad. Only downside is if function room being used there is only the lounge so kids will have nothing to do and tv's are small so can't watch sport.

M. C.First visit to the pub. Booked Christmas Day Lunch for 6 Adults. Excellent value, children ate for free. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with our 3 course lunch.
