Organised a fantastic charity event here on 8th April. Massive thanks to Neil and Adam, Laura Tom, Ryan and all staff for a fantastic night, food and service was first class, including the band. 200 well satisfied people.

Fantastic service. Food was amazing. Staff were all very pleasant and kept the tables and bar very clean and tidy. Door staff are very friendly would definitely recommend to anyone for a night out or food with family and friends

Fantastic venue. Popped in on the off chance there was space for a Father's Day meal, luckily there was. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, we were seated immediately and served drinks while we checked out the menu. The menu is simple, a decent range of tempters (starters, 3 for £15) then burgers, sandwichs or salads for mains with plenty of sides aswell. It's not a big menu selection but it's great "street" food. Everything was well cooked and hot with a good portion size. We didn't wait long for our food or drinks and staff were always about and speaking to customers. Definitely worth a visit the next time your out for a meal. Now we've been we will be back again.

Loved this place the food was excellent, The Yorkshire pudding wrap and the steak baguette were lovely. Upgraded to loaded fries and had to ask for a box to take away as we couldn't eat them all. Even got a 25% discount for going on a promotional day.

Had a fantastic night here for my birthday tonight! When the staff found out, they all sang (very embarrassed lol) and gave me a Brazilian cocktail! Food was amazing, staff were great! Will be back soon!

Still give this place top marks. Just been in today (new years day) for my partners birthday. We both ordered steak, one medium and one well done. Both steaks came out rare and bloody. I still ate mine cos I don't mind how it's cooked but my partner had to send his back. The staff apologised, cooked him a full fresh meal and wiped it off the bill without us even mentioning. Great atmosphere and gorgeous food, definitely recommend

Tribals a perfect place for us lads, and dads who want a drink, and go watch some sports on a big screen. Its the perfect definition of a sports bar. We ordered the chilli cheese dog and the basic burger, which were both tasty, but was a bit of struggle to get your mouth round the hot dog, given its size but was still enjoyable.

It's a brand new sports bar which obviously targets the younger generation which definitely rules me out. I have to admit the tv screens are amazing. The menu didn't appeal to me either and to be honest the food I saw being served appeared nothing special. However the main thing that rules out us pensioners for good is the bitter is four quid a pint - come on Tribal this is Hull and it's one of the poorest places in the country

Great place to meet friends. Heated lamps and music outside. Food was spot on, tasty burgers that didn't go soggy.. only a star down due to ordering starters to be told it all comes out together, maybe a different title on the menu as extra sides/side plates rather than starters. I went here with my best friend the other day and had a good time. The selection of drinks was amazing and the staff I dealt with were very knowledgeable about them. It was a bit noisy but you'd expect that from a sports bar, even on a Tuesday night. The staff recommended the same as my friend had, to sit outside, where it was very nice and quiet. The staff at the bar let me try a bit of a different beer for free as explained that I'm Autistic and struggle trying new things but wanted to give a Czech beer a go. They did this to encourage me to go ahead and try something new. The staff I dealt with at the bar had at least some knowledge of Autism and most likely other disabilities. It's accessible for those with most, if not all physical disabilities. The prices were a tad high but I think that's normal for a sports bar? I think it's also a independent buisness too so that's another factor to consider. The Brownie sundae I had did have something I couldn't recognise in it that wasn't in the description when I asked for more information about the product as do have some sensory food aversions. Whwn I asked about the pieces, A different member of staff said it was chocolate pieces, but the texture reminded me of honeycomb which I hate. I don't believe that the pieces were just chocolate, it was too crispy for chocolate. The ice cream and brownies were lovely, it was these pieces that let it down. All things considered, I would go here again but would triple check what extra things are in the food product before I order it.

Discovered this place by accident because another restaurant was full. Really glad it was because Tribal was so much better. Varied menus, lots of veggie choice, friendly staff, very clean and tidy.

Went a few weeks ago for a meal with family for a birthday night out. Food was delicious and service was great. The staff were really friendly and all our food arrived quite prompt. Ordered the classic hotdog and upgraded my fries. The portion size was very generous, I couldn't eat it all. Would happily go again even.

Held an event last Saturday 17th July at tribal, Booked the outdoor area for Staff & Friends. The day was a huge success thanks to the service & professionalism of all the staff, The Buffett we ordered was Amazing (on par with a 5 star restaurant) and the kids certainly enjoyed there mocktails. Thanks to the team for covering over the roofing area so we could watch the Challenge Cup without the glare of the sun. Special thanks to Laura from all the team @ Concept for Organising everything. See you all soon for the next Event with even more people now restrictions have been lifted.

You know I was a bit sceptical popping in here before going to the cinema. I'll happily admit I was wrong. Staff friendly (very nice and helpful), drinks OK, and cocktails looked good. Food was good.

Lovely bar, and great surroundings, great music, staff were attentive. We went there for fathers day, and the post on social media said Dads eat free when another full priced adult meal is purchased. 4 adult meals were bought and my son double checked that dads eat free and was told this was correct before we ordered. The food was nice, but nothing special but we enjoyed it, but found the food and drinks are a bit pricey for what is just pub grub. When the bill came it became apparent that it is not fathers eat free, it's the cheapest meal ordered is free. We queried it and was told it had been a mistake on the website. Although this was dissspointing it hasn't put us off, however, I do think they need to honor what they have advertised in the future.

Nice place. Food is absolutely banging. Not been in on a match night yet! Only five minute walk away too. Exactly what the area needed. Only criticism is the coffee. Just don't taste like normal coffee but that's my only snag. Still 5* 👍🏼 PS, for the brekky the stacked pancakes are awesome.

Went for my husbands 40th birthday. We had the upstairs room for the party. Food was excellent and so were the staff especially Jade. She worked the bar upstairs all on her own all night. Would highly recommend tribal

Went with my wife and young son. Staff were friendly but we were left to find a table which is odd because the first thing they asked was whether we had a reservation (we did not). After a couple of minutes looking at tables with "reserved" notes on them, we were told that there were more seats upstairs. The food was really hit and miss. My wife had the HAYE burger which she enjoyed, and my son liked the hot dog he had, but the rest of the food was unfortunately terrible. For some reason, our request for our son's food to come out as soon as it was ready was taken as a request for EVERYTHING to come at once - all starters and the main courses. We waited 45 minutes and unfortunately most of it wasn't that hot. I had a hot dog with cheese but perhaps I'm an idiot because I expected the cheese to be melted and not cold. This is a problem if all of your food arrives at once. By the time I got round to eating the hot dog, sure enough, it was no longer hot. Nachos were okay but, because everything came at once, I didn't really touch them, so they were a bit of a waste. We also asked for an upgrade to fury fries which to this restaurant means "cheesy chips and sweet chilli sauce". They were missing when the food came and they apparently rushed the mistake through because the chips were not fully cooked. They weren't at all what I was expecting, and I can't honestly believe that the restaurant thinks so either. The chicken wings looked great on paper but in practice we're a long, wiry mess of skin and bone. The bbq marinade was also a little lacking. Drinks were okay but they didn't ask us if we wanted refills which is a shame but not much of a problem. They were quick though to get us a cloth when my son spilled his milk (no point crying over it!) but he has a broken arm, but there are no plastic cups, and the straws are not bendy so we didn't want to risk getting another drink. They also had no fruit shoots or similar which would have been ideal. At the end of the meal, I raised our concerns with the staff member which I assume were noted, but he seemed disinterested. Presumably to clear the table for a reservation. Overall, a bit of a letdown. Some food was nice, most wasn't. I don't know if it's because we came at the wrong time, or the kitchen staff had a bit of a bad day, but this is one place I won't be coming back to.

Lovely pub.. fair price as ud expect from a restaurant.. only problem is with sports bar / restaurants.. tables theres not enough tables or should do half restaurant half where people want to watch sports.. I don't want to get relaxed on a table with friends to be moved off a hour later.. apart from that staff are friendly.. haven't had the food.. I would come back.. but I was watching sports on this occasion i wana have seats and a drink and then i'l stay here all night otherwise i'l just move on.. but still 5 stars despite this as this is just my opinion
