G. D.Richard and his team are a great bunch! Since last year I have used their delivery service and its been a delight. They are courteous, professional and they go the extra mile to ensure your beer and your delivery are top notch. Just a few examples below:
1. I ordered under the required delivery amount. Did they call me to say anything or force me to spend more? No, they added another beer to the order so I was over the amount and dropped off the beer anyway. Great service!
2. They didn't have a few of the items I ordered due to low stock levels. So they delivered the the beers they did have and added a few more on to the order to make up for it. Superb!
3. If there is a beer that requires a little extra attention they will make sure they tell you so you get to drink your beer at its best.
Keep doing what you're doing, both the beers and the service you deliver are both excellent!
L. M.I met a smashing chap on the train tonight and when I found out he was also heading to Ipswich I kept saying if you haven't been to bin93 you must go! This place is the most fun and the owner is brilliant - really comfy seating and lighting and music, amazing wines, the tasting nights are so good, the prices are brilliant, and the free crisps and infused water means I've never come away with a hangover... Love everything about this place!
S. F.A hidden gem for the Ipswich bar scene that deserves to become well known in the town. A fantastic selection of wines with expert guidance/service, plus a wide choice of canned/bottled beers of many varieties that you won’t find in the shops.
C. G.I urgently needed to deliver some wine for my father's birthday back in May 2021. I'd tried various other outlets in the area but nobody was able to arrange a same day delivery for me. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Bin93.uk and Richard very kindly went above and beyond to get 6 bottles of great red wine delivered by lunchtime for me. All round great experience! Great atmosphere in there on Saturday night and the host was incredibly knowledgeable about the wines on offer and very attentive with table service considering everything was new with social distancing. Looking forward to seeing the further wines they bring in over the coming months. Will certainly be back to buy some wines for home and probably drink one or two in in the process. 10/10
