Need to plan better and take the train next time as lots of great beers to sample. They've just won an award for one of their beers.

S.A very welcoming and friendly barman. Lovely clean bar/restaurant. Interesting pictures on the walls. I really enjoyed my first visit to Briarbank. I will definitely go back again. Stairs lead up to the bar, but a large seating area outside, with a bar.
M. B.Had a leaving do here with friends as relocating to Glasgow. Dan arranged seating for us all and didn't bat an eyelid as our numbers grew from the original amount I had said! Bar staff really accommodating and total service with a smile! Made the day/evening go brilliantly and everyone enjoyed the variety of beers/ales etc available! K. P.Amazing food (from Isaacs) and super fast service. The own brew beers are well recommended and if you're inside they don't mind giving out little tasters.
B.Great range of beers from their brewery. Tried their porter and stout and both were great. Plenty of outdoor seating on a hot day but inside bar looked good too.

l. p.Great place with regular events. Often go to the events with bands. Always good music with a friendly atmosphere. Obviously lots of beer choice, but all other drinks available.

R. B.Very good microbrewery pub in Ipswich. Goid range of their own excellent beers, frequent guest Sussex brewers, and regular beer festivals. Try it.
