C.The Belstead Arms, was brilliant, I've never been before,but will definitely go again,the staff are great,good fun, very attentive, and nothing is too much trouble, it was our motorcycle club Christmas lunch,and the pub did us proud, so much choice,I had a soup to start,with a huge turkey roast dinner,and Xmas pudding for afters, very traditional,but there were lots of other choices including vegetarian. We all had a great afternoon,and it was mentioned,that we Will Go there again next year, 10 out of 10 from us.thanks.

A. H.Don't judge a book by it's cover. Place aint much to look at from the outside but inside it's a nice homely feel restaurant at the back of the bar. Food was delicious and very good value. 5 courses for £32 cant be argued with. The chicken linguine and garlic bread was a healty serving for £9.50. Would highly recommend and will certainly be visiting again.

N. P.I cover Norfolk and Suffolk and have visited a vast number of premises and this has to be in my top 3 for the cleanest, tidiest and most friendly pubs. I didn't try the food but other reviews will confirm that quality. I can tell you that the kitchen is absolutely immaculate and even the cellar floor is gleaming. The landlord and landlady are absolutely fabulous people. I will be back with the family for lunch and dinner.

A.Since the new management have taken over I have been there for several meals and evening drinks with live music for great entertainment.
The staff are friendly and the food fantastic at very reasonable prices. And the knickerbocker glory is so lush.

It was our first time and certainly won't be the last, the food was fantastic , very tasty and plenty of fresh veg , lots of variety of veg too .
The staff were eager to please and Covid rules all in place , we felt very safe and it was an enjoyable experience all round !

I. c.Went for a meal with my family about 2 weeks ago. It was a Steak Night. 3 of us had steaks. Beautifully cooked steak. Dishes were presented lovely.Deserts were lovely, especially chocolate brownie.Top shef! We were very pleased with the food , prices and service. It was our second visit.First time we went there for roast dinner on Sunday.It was lovely cooked food , too.We will go back.Not far from where we live.
The bar could do with some refurbishment, too.

Only negative is no vegetables on menu. Even sausage and mash didn't come with peas. The staff member looked puzzled when I asked for vegetables 😕😕
All in all I recommend the place but please add veg to your menu because not everyone likes chips.
F. L.Had a lovely Sunday lunch there today, 17 of us, staff could have not been more helpful. Food was really nice and they definitely do not scrimp on portions. Really good value for money I really cannot recommend the Belstead Arms highly enough. Give these guy's a visit if you are looking for good wholesome food at a fraction of the price of large chain pubs
G. J.I had a carvery last Sunday and was very impressed. The selection of meats were excellent as were the vegetables, sauces and gravy to go with it. What sets this carvery apart from the others I have been too is that you get excellent customer service directly from the owner Tristan who served my carvery and brought the plate to my table as well as the opportunity to get more meat and more food later. For £8.49 one plate might be sufficient for you but for those who can eat more, I would definitely recommend this carvery.

S. L.A great pub, with a really chilled atmosphere. It has a large bar with plenty of seating and pool table and darts board, plus there are TV's everywhere so no matter where you sit you won't miss any of the Sky Sports action. My little one loved the garden and was playing on the climbing frame all afternoon following our family carvery lunch a couple of Sunday's ago. The food was absolutely amazing and the kids went up for 2nd's and 3rd's. The lads where spoilt for choice with the selection of beers available and us ladies enjoyed a lovely bottle of Sauvignon from the wine list. The decor in the newly refurbished restaurant is lovely and stylish and you don't even realise there is a pub full of men watching football as you are eating your carvery as you listen to calming music and enjoy chit-chat over your meal. I would also say the staff are friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make my niece feel special for her 13th birthday meal. I highly recommend a visit 👌👍

S. S.Took a half hour walk to this place while I was working in the not so close area. What a great pub. Food is reasonable but for me the family dedication to making the place attractive and welcoming is superb. I will definitely visit if I'm back in the area
I.Great small scale carvery set up in a really nicely homely feel pub. Staff were great and friendly and even though there was a Town game on in the other half of the pub, you could not hear it at all in the dining part of the pub which made for a great peaceful family experience.
Great quality meats and veg! The desserts were nice too!
