K. G.Been here a few times to see if service gets better but unfortunately not so won't be going back. Didn't get food for an hour and even then had to chase. When it arrived it was clear the potatoes had been hanging around. If you want run of the mill carvery it's OK but anything else be prepared to wait.

Y.Lovely food ,but could not get discount off as I had a gift card from Xmas would not except card as a gift and use a discount code at the same time took family of six payed more fore children's meals and drinks than I did for adults. Very disappointed. No discount on children meal with was about £ 5.oo each adult 3.50.

L. P. J.Visited on Saturday 31st August 2019 for a breakfast which is usually very good but on this visit wasn't as good as it has been. On our arrival found staff who appeared to be playing on the bandit so we had to wait five minutes or so to be attended to. Breakfast was as normal very good but a little on the cold side and no staff about to help. Hasn't put us off will visit again.
