I was taken for afternoon tea as a treat by a colleague. I'm gluten free, which hadn't been ordered. The staff were brilliant and quickly rustled up a gluten free selection.The restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere. The food was excellent, great selection and reasonably priced. We were given a good choice of hot drinks and chose pots of tea. I would definitely eat here again. We left with doggy bags, which was a good outcome. Thank you.

Great vibes in the place. Beautifully crafted cocktails by expert staff. One of the best old fashioned cocktails I’ve had, so good I had to have it twice! A nice buzz in this bar & very friendly staff. Great job - will definitely be back again! Strawberry daiquiri was also delicious!

Just had a great bottomless brunch at Soap Factory Leeds. Spot on. Staff excellent, food brilliant and spent time with great friends, even heard someone propose! Lovely afternoon! Loads of food from platters of continental meats, bowls of various salads, skewers of meat to potatoes wedges, ham and cheese croissants and croque monsieur finishing with pancakes and waffles plus various sauces with meringue thrown in. Of course all this polished off with bottomless Prosecco, Pink or Orange Gin and bottles of beer. You can't go wrong for £45. Well worth it! 👏👏👏

Bottomless brunch was great. We had a booth for the six of us on a Hen do. The food was delicious and the prosecco kept flowing, we were never below half a glass before being topped up, very attentive staff.

Had a lovely afternoon tea with my friend. Very attentive waiter made us feel very welcome and it was an interesting and quirky environment. The prosecco was lovely as were the sandwiches and sweet treats. Bit dark in there (which was slightly disorienting being day time) but that's the quirky vibe they had going - like the fact our table was positioned in a shower cubicle (I never noticed till my friend pointed it out! 😆). Yes, nice experience. I'd go again if in the area

Myself and my Mum went here today for Afternoon Tea. We'd bought an offer via Groupon. We were really impressed with the whole experience. Our waitress, India, was very attentive and so friendly. The manager also accommodated our booking at short notice. We had Tuna Mayo, Cheese and Onion Chutney and Ham and Cheese sandwiches. A scone with clotted cream and jam each. Two pieces of Victoria sponge cake, two macaroons and a slice of lemon cake and dark chocolate cake. Oh.. Two mini muffins as well.... Very nice! Huge portions and very filling - we had to take some of our food to go! Plenty of tea and we also had a glass of Prosecco each... Phew! Would definitely recommend and we will be back. Our only feedback would be that the tables were slightly close together and I imagine that could get crowded if the restaurant was very busy. All in all a great afternoon out!

Loved out bottomless brunch yesterday £39 for as much Prosecco, Beer and Gin as you can drink along side some decent food and lots of it! The staff were present at all times and no delay in refilling drinks, so much so I tipped. Really impressed! We will definitely be back.

Great drinks and nice atmosphere however woman on greet made some derisory comment about having not booked. As a 1 night guest at the connecting hotel I had no idea the place existed and literally stumbled on it by chance. No point whatsoever in the comment about being advisable to book when then sat us anyway .

Had a lovely afternoon tea today, beautifully Presented. We had a lovely glass of prosecco, which was very nice. Both the savory and sweet offerings were fresh and tasty. The only thing that let it down slightly was the tea, only one tea bag in a pot of tea for two made for a very weak drink. We, could of asked for another bag, but there was no check back from our waitress, so we didn't. Overall a fab afternoon.

It was fine. Good value and a Good selection of cakes, but a little disappointed with the sandwiches, they were not finger sandwiches , more of a ciabatta, cut into quarters. The gluten free version was almost identical to the normal bread. I think it would have been better with some more sandwiches and less cakes.

Visited here for the Bottomless Brunch. It was amazing. Prosecco was topped up quickly, the gin was available easily, the spread of food was amazing and the waffle station. Well, what a treat. Already planning on a repeat trip for this, it was a brilliant afternoon with friends!

One of the nicest bar restaurants attached to a Hotel. All the staff were very friendly. I generally rate Novotel for food and this one does them credit. £20 offer of a starter or pudding, main side and large drink, or you can have all three for £25. Plus for me is it's dog friendly, they will even get your dog a bowl of water. Food quality was all lovely although my son has had better Mac n cheese, they even offered a replacement side.

Had a bottomless brunch here. 1-4. We were in a seperate room from the rest of the main area, felt a bit like a wedding reception room and like we weren't part of the function. The food was great, good selection and plenty of it throughout. The waffles were amazing! There was a few times when we had to ask for our prosecco to be topped up, they weren't as attentive as other places with bottomless brunches. Overall a good brunch with friends. Would recommend.

I came here with a group of friends for the bottomless brunch and from what I remember of it, we had a great time. The food is pretty simple, croissants and toasties, but it's the kind of carb loading you need to tackle all the prosecco. It was good fun and reasonably priced.

Myself and 3 friends were curious about The Soap Factory because we have all worked at Joseph Watsons (Soapy Joes') from the late 60's and early 70's at Whitehall Road and moved to new location at Coal Road, Seacroft. The restaurant and cocktail bar was really good, the staff were polite,helpfull, friendly and efficient. We were treated very well and made to feel special. The food was cooked well and presented nicely. Well done to all staff. It would be nice for some memorabilia around to make it more special. We will certainly recommend this place to everybody and will certainly be going again. Thank you all staff.
