Family & I have been coming for years - great service from all the staff, especially Rocky and Hayley! Highly recommend and the food is great too!! (Lamb chops are a must try!)

This place does specials. They need to be ordered and paid for in advance. Well worth it. Tried a pot of goat curry. Says feeds 3 to 4. I don't think 4 people could finish it tastes proper home made.

Ladies, fellas, everyone... get down here and check out the amazing live Indian music, particularly on a Saturday night! Never experienced anything like it before and I've been to a fair few indian pub nights including many visits here. We had some food before in the pub area and then went down to the restaurant side to enjoy some great music and everyone was dancing their socks off!! Good old Leicester huh... Great food, great local! Only downsides are maybe the loos and they never have any "crispy bhajiya" in!! Sort it out!

Royal Leicesters is a one of a kind restaurant. Party of 6 ordered a range of dishes - nothing disappoints. All food was delicious and fresh. Great atmosphere with friendly attentive staff. Being going for at least 15 years and more to come , the food and the staff have ever been so good , the landlord is great a pleasure to know and does a fantastic job at the pub and for the community, I've never known a disappointed customer yet. Yes....!!!! People REALLY...!!!! need to go in and see for themselves...... An absolutely AMAZING place.... the food is mega delicious....the portions are so worth the price .... The atmosphere speaks for itself...!!!! The staff are amazing always welcoming, and the landlord is a truly down to earth man...!!!! The Royal Leicesters is the place to be nice friendly people and a laugh to go there. Just a shame you get a very sad person who is barred from the pub because he is a drug dealer and finds the need to slag the place of and my friend Hayley but hasn't got the balls to say it to there faces. The special fish starter was tasty. We had ours with garlic and chilli naan. The masala lamb mains was not upto expectations as the sauce was too thick and not served as we requested. Overall a pleasurable experience.
