Not been in a Harvester before, so I had set my expectations really low. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality tasty food. The chicken wings were amazing, the nachos were good, and the half chicken was perfectly cooked. Make sure to get some sauces for the chicken. The service was genuinely friendly! I'll definitely go back.

Went with my son for lunch; lovely food, free pop refills and unlimited fresh salad as standard. We had a lovely meal, I had rotisserie chicken with prawns to start and my son had fish and chips. Really enjoyed it and the staff are friendly and attentive. Would recommend without doubt.

Love it here!!!... regular when in Lincoln...Ate at The Harvester....wow!... definitely recommend.Couldnt Eat all my food. The only thing that's changed is you can't help yourself to the salad bar anymore....the staff have to go with you and they put it in your salad bowl when you choose...which made me feel a bit uncomfortable to be honest...that's why I dropped a star....

Loved it, got there early enough to enjoy the breakfast. Was served by Emily then Brit, both were fantastic waitresses. Emily very attentive and got us everything we needed. Pancakes with fruit was gorgeous, plenty of syrup and the fruit was fresh and perfect. Unlimited drinks on breakfast included orange or apple juice and access to the buffet too, so maxed out on more fruit and compote. Good menu choices. Plenty of places to sit both in and out. Very clean, well kept and a lovely friendly feel to the place. Easily accessible by wheelchair or with a pushchair. Loos at the back are clean and offer a complete cubicle per person so nice and private. Didnt get chance to indulge in the lunch menu, however some of the dishes I saw coming out looked yum, especially the ice cream sundaes! Well worth a trip and in a gorgeous location too.

Really enjoyable lunch, served by a very friendly server called Brit. We had the two course set meal and there was plenty of food, assisted by the free salad bar. The mains were well cooked and well presented. They well simple but sufficient. Topped off with a waffle dessert that was super. Couldn’t have been better.

The restaurant was quiet and clean, food was great and we were made aware of items that were unavailable at that time. The skewers could benefit from a picture on the menu, I was expecting them to be small but were enormous! Great place for a bite to eat.

Booked online incase it was busy, but it wasn't. Shown to our table and given menus to look at. Drinks and food ordered and didn't have to wait very long. The rump steak my son and myself had was absolutely delicious! Cooked rare as I'd asked. Sweet potato fries, mushrooms, tomato, fried onion nest and a chasseur sauce topped it off perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place and I'm sure I'll be back. Staff were helpful, polite and efficient.

I really like Harvester and the kitchen. The atmosphere at the saloon is perfect, warm , enough light. Our waitress was amazing, AJ is her name, I think. She was really kind and helpful. The only thing that I don’t like is that the waitress should prepare your salads from salad bar.

Not like it used to be at harvester. We took family there for granddaughters 21st birthday treat. Was not the same as previous visits. They now serve you your salad one at time, there were 6 of us and two in front do it felt like we were there for ages. And it made you feel that you were inadequate to serve yourself.

Visited the Harvester there, had overall ok experience, there was unlimited salad bar, however you needed a member of staff with you if you wanted to use it. Wait times for the food were acceptable, if I recall correctly we have waited around 25 minutes. Food itself was good, cooked throughly and fresh but nothing that would blow my mind. The only negative thing I would say is that my partner wanted to order Waffles and while waiter seemed to acknowledge it, she never got them nor we were charged for it.

We came for breakfast this morning before I started work, Brit was attentive but gave us plenty of space. We had no idea the tea and toast was unlimited until it was mentioned, we haven’t been for breakfast before but will definitely be back again :)

There's lots of different restaurant to choose from along here, quite busy on Saturdays. Summer time there quite a few events on, which is good for the pubs etc. Nice to sit out along the Brayford and watch the world go by!

We tried the restaurant for breakfast and they had availability. The break menu is excellent and for those who like a larger meal they have an “ultimate breakfast “ for unlimited breakfast for under a tenner! The food was cooked fresh and service was excellent and for the budget conscious the meal attracted 5% VAT. In summary, well worth a visit. Families, couples and friends will all be welcome here.

The food and service here is great! It took around 10 minutes for the waitresses to take our order and get taken to the salad bar, and the meal took around 30 minutes. For me it would be better if you were more central to the salad bar to see what's on offer. I had the Pitmaster (Mac & cheese, wings, ribs and chips) and although it had a nice combination of flavours I did find it to be on the small side. My partner had the peri-peri skewer which she said was nice and filling.

We first came in expecting to wait half an hour as there was a rush on but within 15 minutes we were sat down drinks order taken and served and food order taken and not a long wait after either. We had a single and a double Dirty burger and a Mini Burger for the little one plus the inclusive yummy salad… can never get enough of the crispy onion sprinkles… The burgers were amazing, and we both said they were tastiest we had eaten in a long time. To top it off we were served by the lovely Brit, nothing was too much trouble and she was kept busy with other tables but did it all with finess and a smile.. I think we’ll be coming back !

Went today with 2 other friends. The service was great, all the staff we encountered were extremely freindly. The food was okay, we weren't too keen on the fish as it tasted a bit different to how we expected, however I would love to go again and try someting else. There is unlimited salad and unlimited soft drinks refill. However, the staff have to fill it up for you which I find quite uneccesary. Despite this, I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this reasturant to others. Visited again - 06/04/2022 Staff were amazing like last time, and the food was brilliant!

My Partner and I went to Harvester Lincoln Brayford this evening, and can I commend the team there, such a wonderful group and excellent service. Now I would like to mention directly the Kitchen team getting our order right was a huge thing, as my partner and I have specific way we like our beef cooked. the waitress A.J was brilliant, she made the kitchen aware and the rump and sirloin where perfect in every way we could hope for (this was a wonderful first, as this has never happened in any other restaurant we have been to), and all the food was fantastically done, lincoln harvester you have an amazing set of Chefs! As for A.J our Waitress thank you, as an ASD individual, we have never had a server with such dedication to service, she clearly picked up on an individual who needs a little extra in understanding and consideration. really a Credit to your team. My partner has often had to deal with myself having a trigger point tipped and having to pick up the peices after a meal out, and tonight was a first, to have a person who understood it and a team who clearly has understanding and compassion. thank you and the tips for both the kitchen team and our waitress are very very well deserved. thank you again.

Firstly the member of Staff who served us was excellent no complaints. The food was OK apart from the Steak. We both ordered Rib Eye Steak and both asked for it to be cooked medium. When the steaks arrived one was rare the other was medium rare. One of the steaks was mostly fat and gristle and the other was just slightly better. When spending over £20 each just on a steak main we expected better. The worst Rib Eye we've ever tasted. Unfortunately due to this bad experience we won't be visiting again.

We had the Guacamole and Salsa smothered Muffin with Egg and the ultimate breakfast waffle with Sausage, Bacon Egg, Maple Syrup and crispy onions - yup you would dream it it I know and OK.. so, it wasn’t A La Carte, but for good honest cheap breakfast it was spot on, awesome flavours, well cooked and beat the Netherspoons traditional English hands down. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and our server looked as if she actually enjoyed her job and so very helpful- a breath of fresh air - I won’t hesitate to go back, next time I’m in Lincoln

Food was great, but a total lack of covid safety measures was not. None of the kitchen staff or waiting staff were wearing masks, so who knows how many people had breathed over your food by the time it had arrived. Update following owner's response: Current government guideline states "You should wear face coverings in crowded and enclosed areas where you come into contact with people you do not usually meet." Not sure how you read that as "not necessary for our team to wear masks." In a week of eating in local restaurants every day, yours was the only one who came to that conclusion.

Attentive staff. It was busy when we visited. Drinks and food served quite quickly, didn't wait too long. Dirty cup was quickly replaced. Yoghurt and Berry with banana and coulis and granola. Not much granola or yoghurt but lots of coulis. The banana was not sliced so difficult to manage with a spoon. Plenty of toast that was quickly introduced to and left, the toaster. Overall fine but could easily be improved to excellent. I will happily go back though. Staff were excellent.

The service we received was excellent from Brit, who served us our breakfasts. She was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself was very clean, well organised for social distancing and had a really chilled vibe. The vegan breakfast is really good value for the price, however, I thought it was a little mismatched. The mushrooms and guacamole could’ve been a separate dish to choose from and they could create more of a “Full English breakfast” by adding more mushrooms, and other vegan options - even if it was extra hash browns, vegan sausages etc. That being said, I really enjoyed the guacamole, it was so tasty and had lots of seasoning which was great. The vegan sausages they use are quite nice too! It looked a little sparse, but it was a very filling breakfast. You also get toast with this as a side (not shown in my photo). All in all, a cheap, friendly place to grab a quick breakfast!

They were having a crisis when we arrived for lunch but managed a perfectly good, limited menu non the less. We only wanted a light meal and we all went for the Nachos starter, Haloumi fries and Sage & Onion Fries. We were served very quickly, the staff were on the ball, knowledgeable and drew our attention to the Covid-19 rules, salad, drinks and ensured we had used the tracker app before starting. Venue is nice, open and airy with cracking views of the Brayford Pool and, alas, the pouring rain which, thankfully, had nicely cleared away to leave a fine afternoon. We enjoyed the food which was as expected, the drinks we chose were all colas. Will be back again!

Came for a family meal on a Friday night. The organisation in the current Covid-19 climate was excellent with proper precautions and regular cleaning taking place. In Lincoln for a couple of days with my husband for our anniversary and stopped off at the Bayford Wharf Harvester for a bite to eat. The food was delicious. I had the Bird, Surf and Turf, the steak was cooked to perfection and the chicken was gorgeous. Hubby had the rack of ribs and he says they were perfect, the meat fell off the bone and there was just the right amount of sauce. Thank you to the chef Callum and to Gemma and Emma who served us with a smile 😃

We went for breakfast on the 9th October and it was lovely! Brit, who served us, was fab and even when one of the group had an awkward order request (theres always one isn't there....) she had more brains than all of us combined and figured out a solution straight away! Food was lovely too and the proper precautions were in place for the current climate.

Only 3rd time we have been here. Was hit and miss last visit, but today was different again. Not too busy and food was quick to arrive, tasty, hot and the salad bar well stocked and fresh. Our main waitress Rebecca was friendly, cheerful and chatty. She recommended items from the menu and made conversation. Helpful and polite, as were the other young ladies. My last visit was the first time I had been in a number of years since I was a university student in Lincoln, it was nice to see that the place had been refurbished since, it has a much nicer atmosphere inside, the restaurant has good processes in place to deal with the Covid pandemic and it made for a lovely eating out experience.
