Caters all ages often used for older adults events. Pool played here and darts over the years. Great function room. Has own car park. Wheelchair accessible

Me and my mum went along with a friend of ours, the bar staff were friendly. Played bingo for the first time good money. The atmosphere was really nice too 10/10

Came here for a surprise 60th birthday party of a friend. The staff were very polite and friendly. I didn't get chance to see the whole establishment as we were in the large entertainment side. They have a nice draught selection and I decided on the Carlsberg extra cold. It was served in the correct glass and I was very impressed with the quality. They obviously look after their pipes. The wife decided on half of the Speckled Hen on draught. She said it was a lovely drink. The prices were very reasonable and I would recommend this establishment to anyone planning a social event. Visited recently to attend and birthday party in their function room. Very clean and well established working mens club who service the local community and members. Drinks are cheap and the staff are very welcoming.

This is a local, community club, CIU (Club & Institute Union) affiliated, which means you can use other clubs around the country. You pay a small annual subscription, and this entitles you to use all of the facilities the club has to offer, guests can be signed in. Lively friendly community atmosphere. Entertainment, live bands, dancing, licenced bar, meals, snooker and pool tables. All round local community club, what more can I say.

Good entertainment.Drinks are a little pricey,though.Particularly the soft drinks. Bar service friendly,but slow at times.Possibly extra staff required on busy evenings.

It's a fine place to go but it needs modernising and welcoming in to the 21st century somewhat. If you've ever been to a working men's club in the last two decades then you'll know what to expect.
