Very cosy. Staff is lovely, atmosphere is great. Food tastes delicious and Cocktails are sweet and lovely. Have a nice selection of Beers, but besides that make very good Hot chocolate and tea. Visited multiple times. Very much recommended, especially for students as all the money spent there goes directly into the SU.

Nice atmosphere. Board games upstairs which is a nice touch to the pub. Food is ok, cheap enough, have a gluten free menu which is great, however some adjustments to gluten free menu would make it better. (Pasta needs cooking longer). Bathrooms clean.

A really comfortable, lovely, student union bar. It's unfortunately let down sometimes by the food (it's nothing to shout home about), the slightly high prices, and sometimes management-staff interactions that should be done behind doors are done in front of the public. The building is lovely, all of the areas are lovely, and the staff are generally nice. The place is seriously just let down by very minor things - Still, a nice place to go if you're looking to meet with other students.

Really nice setting, friendly staff and plenty of room inside. Favourite part of the pub/bar is the free pool tables at the weekends. Drink selection is vast, one small downside is that considering it is on the university campus, the drinks are still a little high, not extortionate by any means, but higher than expected. Atmosphere is great and the place is kept very tidy.

I would have rated it higher but the food quality has gone downhill from last year. Changes to the menus as well, removing the larger Swan breakfast. I used to go there expecting a decent standard of food, but I'll just have to go to spoons instead. I ordered the ultimate burger, it arrived to me having clearly been cooked before and reheated; the bun was cold and so was the cheese. But as a student I ate it anyway, because I was in a rush and hungry

The staff could not be more lovely, especially the manager with the nose ring, absolute hero really looks after her regulars with any issues. And the tall ginger bloke with the beard always helps you out with recommendations on drinks and what to eat. Food is top notch, atmosphere is great and the staff are total champions.

10 years I've been going here. Good beer selection, free pool on the weekends, foods nothing fancy but will fill you up. Prices are just right too. All welcome not just students.

This is a student union operated pub, hence can have very slow service. However, it has a wonderful balcony and one of the best views over Brayford. Can be quite packed during term time when the weather is good.

The Manger with a nose ring is lovely and will help with anything ,cheap food and drink which is great for students, bar staff are great even when in trainings and will develop amazing! Look forward to coming back soon, the orange juice while hungover is a saviour
