Popped in here for a few drinks with friends. What looks like a TV shop is a trendy little bar with 2 levels. The staff were polite and friendly. Quite a selection of drinks on the menu. Definitely worth a visit if you like quirky places like this.

This place is fantastic! Great range of cocktails at reasonable prices. The menu changes seasonally, which is a great excuse to come back periodically. The team are really knowledgeable and good at explaining any ingredients you want more information on. It's definitely worth booking a table as it's not a huge place. Some of the best drinks I've ever had.

Good atmosphere, for a secret bar I was expecting something out of the ordinary,, but the drinks were basically large shots in different old school glasses, and strong lager in a bottle. There's a ground floor bar and a basement bar, with toilets on the ground floor. If you didn't know it was here you would definitely not go in, as the front window would not indicate a bar whatsoever, which was the fascinating factor in it. bit disappointing, but it was busy so obviously a lot of people love it and I may be wrong, was a good experience though. Neat menu on a bar code, not a great selection but added to the anticipation.

A transcendent experience from start to finish. The hospitality received on the door started the entire evening. We were seated in a beautiful bar, in a wonderful atmosphere. The drinks where professionally prepared and were simply amazing. A wonderful experience was had by every member of our party and the staff (from the owner Robbie and bar manager Molly especially, big shout out!) couldn’t do enough for us. If you’re looking for an authentic speakeasy experience, you must find this bar! Thank you guys!

I popped into vice with the girls for a quick one and ended up spending the entire night there solely due to the blonde barmaid with the sultry voice! Visited Vice & Co for a reward after shopping in Lincoln. What a delight this place is, warm, welcoming and a superb customer experience from start to finish. Absolutely lovely venue, nice and hidden away. Was skeptical with the electrical shop front but was blown away when I entered the place.... Drinks were top notch and the staff were amazing and on point throughout, would highly recommend if you're visiting!

Arrived at vice and Co last Saturday with my partner and received a warm welcome from the manager Molly . It's a great atmosphere with a 1920,s speakeasy bar theme and the dusky lighting really sets the ambience for this . We had 3 drinks and all were amazing ! If you're in Lincoln visit this place , you won't be disappointed!!

Love the idea of a secret bar, cocktails overcomplicated. Something simple done well would have been better. Good playlist, managed to fit us in without a booking. Lamp was broken in corner too.

I like the Vice & Co. The concept is different to anything else in Lincoln, thus making it truly unique experience. The drinks are also fantastic, but the decor and the atmosphere is lacking. For this reason, I haven't rated higher than 3 stars. It's a "one-time" experience. Once you've done it, you've done it. The drinks aren't enough to get you to keep coming back. Don't get me wrong, the drinks are amazing but too much has been focused on this area. The Vice & Co needs to 'Wow' factor and it just doesn't have it. Once you've gotten past the part of trying to find the place and sat down to the 'menu' the experience loses it's uniqueness. It just becomes another bar in Lincoln and a pricey one at that. The decor needs rethinking. The experinece needs rethinking. A speak easy should be themed in the roaring 20s! Not have midcentury modern themed lighting, give me faux opulence in a chandelier. The music should reflect this, pictures of the wall should be of the 20s or atleast 1920s Lincoln. There is no password element. If I book, I should be given a password. It makes the experience more fun! I would genuinely pay £15 to get in if the staff joined in the pretence that it is the 20s and it's a speak easy. It needs to look, feel and have the atmosphere of The Blind Pig speak easy from Fantastic Beasts and Where to find them. It's a nice place to visit, but it could be a great place if the owners REALLY went for it.

A bar for real enthusiasts. I've never had a bad drink in this place. You can see the time, effort and love the staff have for mixology. Whether you're looking for sweet and comfortable, spicy and different or just a stone cold classic, Vice is the only name in Lincoln for cocktails.

A funky little underground cocktail bar. The drinks are nice but it is mainly cocktails with around half a dozen beers & ciders. I'd recommend coming here for a relaxed social drink, rather than coming here on a night out. You'd probably not find it anyway. Priced between £7-9 per alcoholic cocktail, £3.50ish for non alcoholic.

I wanted to experience the speakeasy bar. Not sure if the barman was having a bad day as although he was very polite, he was not very friendly or attentive and it was not busy at all..we were led to believe that the bar staff were friendly and very helpful. He seemed annoyed when we didn't know what dry or wet was when he had to explain it to us. We didn't dare ask again. He told us it was table service but we had to ask for our third drink as we were just sitting with no drinks. Bit disappointed really with the atmosphere and staff. Maybe on a busy night there is a better vibe but would not want to waste money if it is just the same..shame. The cocktails were good though. .

Vice & Co is a great cocktail bar perfect for a chilled night with amazing drinks. I have been a few times and have always received great service from the staff as they're very polite and helpful. Only slightly ruined by ladies being very rude to the staff and swearing about the speed of service. I don't know what they expected on a busy night when everyone was trying their best. It's understandable that as the drinks are freshly made to your own requirements it will take a little longer than normal however it's so worth the wait. Every time I've been served by Alice, Shaun and Molly they've made the experience top quality.

Amazing drinks with super helpful staff who are willing to answer all of your (sometimes daft) questions about the menu. The menu itself is broken down into courses but beware, the drinks are stronger than they taste! The bar snack of salted popcorn brings a welcome savoury element to the sweet drinks, and the whole feel of the place is just great.

Cocktails were really something special - burning sprigs of rosemary, big chunks of fruit, and everything tastes strong and delicious. The theme (the speak-easy style of the front) is very cool, and the atmosphere is cosy and friendly. It is a bit pricey, but you are paying for quality.

This really is a superbly well kept secret! Designed to look like a TV repair shop from the early 1980s, once through the hidden door, you're into a speakeasy type of bar, and it without doubt, serves the best cocktails in Lincoln. Crazy marketing ploy, but it seems to work. Absolutely a top bar, and a must for all cocktail lovers.

There's a reason this place is packed over the weekend - the drinks are amazing and the staff are really friendly even when rushed off their feet. Service can be slow but that's expected from complicated drinks and when there's a lot of people. But they will sit you and give you snacks and ensure you're comfortable, making the wait moot

Been here a few times Now! Some well executed cocktails and there is clearly skill and talent behind the drinks, its quirky/faux/deceptive exterior unfortunately doesn't translate inside where a uber serious owner _manager has almost no social skills and I haven't seen him smile in 3 visits! His redhead Padewan seems to be tasked with being the pleasant face of this establishment but even her attempts leave this bar almost void of a pulse or an atmosphere! Shame are they are some of the best cocktails in Lincoln (when you don't end up with a mouthful of Tarragon) cheers

This is an unusual but welcome spot for Lincoln night scene given that there are not so many cocktail bars around. It's a speakeasy type of place which is hidden behind a repair shop window. I would say that the details are not so well though and feel cheap. The cocktail menu is fine, the atmosphere is so-so, the staff are neither friendly nor unfriendly. Above average for Lincoln, but just ok as a cocktail bar.
