Stayed here last two nights having stayed a couple of times before. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Fran, Ken and all their staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel very much at home. The breakfast is excellent and I thoroughly recommend the full English as all the products are fresh and high quality. Strongly recommend this B&B which offers great value for money. I will be returning and already booked for several stays throughout the year.!!

Always give Mr Smith's five stars every time I go in there I get welcomed in its the best place on old swan to go if you haven't been you need to go it's a bed and breakfast and also its open now have to wear a mask and it £2.60 for food all different each day but worth it because the food is absolutely gorgeous not on to miss out on everyone get yourself's down to Mr Smith's on Old Swan not one to miss out on football is on Saturday half five kick off its open 2pm till 9pm of a weekend also Everton are on Sunday you will have to look on Facebook at Ken Smith one of the owners who runs the place about the match but best place to go too everyone is welcome and everyone is friendly :)

Great people, good rooms and breakfast for few money. Some nights we just stayed in the pub inside the B&B because the people were so much fun!

Stayed here for 4 nights mid week, great place, very helpful staff, If we do return to Liverpool this will be my first port of call for accommodation. Thanks
