Reviews of The Old Tap
S. W.Finally back on Google. I left a glowing review months ago but it disappeared. Easily the best Craft bar outside of the city centre and right up there with the big guns. Somehow they’ve managed to get the balance absolutely perfect, locals, modern craft types and non beer geeks all treated equally. Lovely to see cask getting a look in too. Great and unusual fridge selection and a damn good selection of spirits and cocktails that aren’t there just to make up the demographics. Staff are wonderful too. A rare thing today.

L. G.This is a small very well appointed pub. Excellent choice of beers wines and spirits. Most are out of the ordinary high quality brands alongside local brews. Atmosphere very friendly and welcoming. staff are knowledgeable and efficient definitely recommend
