Always busy, nice atmosphere with the usual excellent selection of drinks.....Great gin selection. Started doing pup quizzes. A nice spoonies with decent decor and was one of my favourites plus outside space. Friendly staff too, always in there for a good pint of Guinness.

Called in here on our way to Crosby. It is down the bottom end of the main drag of shops and Waterloo train station. Purchased traditional breakfasts, these arrived hot and quite quickly. As per usual they need to cook a fried egg with a nice runny yolk instead of the dried up ones that seem to a regular thing on their brekkies. A nice beer garden at the rear. On street parking on the opposite side of the road which can be hit & miss depending of times of day you arrive. Would visit again if around Waterloo

Good wetherspoons, busy but not heaving and easy enough to get a good pint. Staff are generally friendly. Lost a 5th star because they got ride of the sofas a couple of years ago that where in front of the coal fire that now never seems to be lit in winter.

We can still buy and want our time served favourite drinks from Europe. Drop the boycott and ramming inferior non European brands down our throats please. Brexit is done.

As with most Wetherspoon Pubs, a family friendly environment and a good choice of food and drinks (Greene King Abbot my choice). Staff welcoming and friendly. The bonus here is the local history information about Henry Greg Melly. You'll have to visit to find out more. I'm sure we will be visiting again.

I went with family and it had good service. Went with a lot of people so there was not any tables we could all sit at so we had to improvise. It took a while for the waiters to collet the dishes after the meal but it was a great place to eat.

If you are at Crosby and looking to eat lunch, instead of the cafe, you should take a small walk down south road. You will find a wetherspoons, whi do lighter bites and sandwiches for a reasonable price, with a drink. We'll worth a visit and no wasps flying round your head hahah.

We got fish and chips on Friday 7th June 2019 at around 15:30 or 16:00. The Fish was overcooked, the peas were the the opposite. The chips were pretty cold. The peas were pretty much cold. Then there is the service. Walked right past us. Terrible. Went back on Saturday 26th March 2022 and the food and service was very good and it was very busy .... just been back on Wednesday 1st June 2022 great friendly services and good food only down side is they had no beef burgers....

I've been to a few Werherspoons over the years & I can honestly say that this is the nicest one I've been in. Had breakfast here yesterday (eggs benedict) & it was lovely with the coffee.

Good wetherspoons can get noisy Friday and Saturday bur whoever chooses the beer order needs a slap one time you go it's all pale ales and another time there will 4 stouts . Stagger them so always a variety please!!!!!!

Great share menu. HALLOUMI FRIES ARE nice but a little greasy.. Not much Halloumi more fried Lovely meeting place with great atmosphere. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Would recommend coming with children.

The Queen's Picture House - JD Whetherspoons, is well a Wetherspoons. You know what you get from the drinks and the food, it's the same as everywhere across the country. This one is only a few years old so the carpet isn't really sticky yet, and everything still looks relatively fresh. Plenty of places to sit and now you can use the app to order things to your table, you don't have to even get up out your seat to get a drink. Will return
