Lovely food,fast service. No complaints but it does get busy and cant always find a seat right away.

Very busy when I visited. Not a table or seat to be found which I guess is a good thing! It was a Saturday afternoon. A very good selection of the usual drinks on tap but also a very good range of local and guest ales on draught. Can't complain about the prices - 2 pints about £4.30 which is very cheap where I come from!! Good atmosphere and service. Friendly and efficient staff. Enjoyed our time here. Didn't eat but saw plenty of food being brought out from the kitchen. A few screens for sports and no music which can be seen as a positive for some.

The Staff are great but the food was below par , got a mixed grill the first thing I noticed was this shrivelled up mushroom the size of a 10p haha 1 mushroom . The rest of it looked like it was cooked yesterday and microwaved. Let me tell you I would of put 1 star had it not been for the nice staff . Sack the cook

Wetherspoon pub on a busy high street serving mass-produced foods at rock bottom prices. The venue is generally filled with men on their own so if you are a single lady with low standards and are barred from the local wine lodge then this is the place to be.

Been eating and drinking real ale here for years, nice friendly staff who know how to look after their real ale and customers. Only ever had about 2 bad meals out of at least a hundred and they were exchanged no fuss! Eat here regularly with my elderly mum too as it's very family friendly. Also they have some good Brewery tours now and again if you keep an eye on the noticeboard and they are a good day out too :)

I went into the raven wetherspoons today I was greeted by a bar manager I believe jackrussle of a woman ! Firstly told be to wear a mask an told me to be seated as she told me her policy I agreed remained in my seat. As I only wanted a drink she offered a wrap an that was the policy I agreed after giving my details I seen something I never seen before !! 7 staff in a pub/bar working to help to serve food an keep safety to public i ordered steak even the food wasn't amazing i remained. The staff become more friendly to me and more familiar I could not want a better experience good luck to your staff I tipped a 20 and told them I was very happy with service even when the police entered they remained carm good luckxx

Unbelievably noisy and packed. Waited for the food longer than I would have liked, but it was certainly acceptable when it arrived and the staff were pleasant. In all honesty, I wouldn't go again as it looked like what I imagine a prison visiting room would be like (complete with clientele who looked like they belonged behind bars).

When we arrived we were greeted by a very warm atmosphere and people seemed happy. The staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. There was a good selection of wines and all of the usual pub grub options for food. I got a steak and it was served as medium rare which was what I like best. The staff work very hard from what I saw and the price was pretty cheap tbh.

Typical Wetherspoon pub,a big singled room pub,great beer range and great meals on offer,covid 19 safe ,enjoyed ham,eggs and chips and bottles of Devils Backbone Brewing Co ipa and Brooklyn Brewing Co lager,service was spot on,a really good couple of hours spent here, highly recommended if you're in the area.

Update as promised. Went back for a second time and they've absolutely nailed it this time. Steak cooked to absolute perfection. Rating upgrade from 3 stars to 5. Ordered Medium Rare steak but it was overcooked. It was still a nice steak so it would be too harsh to mark down to much so what should have been a 4 is now a 3 out if 5. Aside from the food, the staff as always friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere within the pub is relaxing. Will return and hopefully be able to upgrade my review next time.

Despite being busy as usual, the Raven staff were quick, happy and attentive to our needs. Especially with regard to my wife's condition, who has coeliac disease and requires gluten free food. The gluten free menu was available and any queries we had were answered by staff. Always a pleasure to eat there and other Witherspoon's.

Very popular pub in a very busy location . Though the Raven is part of the massive JD Wetherspoon group it retains its individuality. Themed on the Edgar Allen Poe story there are hints of this everywhere in the pleasant decor . Lots of well sized booths ideal for small family dining. The staff are its main asset, friendly , informative and efficient the menu is good and so is the food and above all superb value for money too. Sunday breakfast with a good cup of coffee is my favourite. Obviously parking is a real issue but it's well served by public transport both bus and train . All in all an excellent place to eat and drink or just take a break from the shopping?

Very busy wetherspoons bar with a lot of people eating. Relaxed atmosphere and obvious popular bar in Walton vale. Located in shopping area so handy of a day when picking up your weekly shop or a few bits to call in and have a bite. They offer a good choice of real ales for your"proper beer"drinkers and people who fancy something different.

Food isnt to bad location is ok but hardly anywhere to park and there is no outside to it and does get abit crowded and you get the odd staff who has a small attitude problem depends on when and times you go depending on what staff is on at the time.

I take my daughter here most mornings before school, she has asd and gets stressed with the daily habit of getting ready for school which results in a breakdown, the guys here are really amazing, they have her cup ready most mornings gotta be a blue one, hot chocolate stick ready for her and she loves it, so a massive thank you for the staff here who make my life so much easier of a morning x

I don't drink alcohol but I go here for a meal with my partner and son. It's brilliant, the prices are great and the food is lovely. 4 stars because on a few occassions i've waited awhile for desert, and i've been left sat infront of dirty plates for more then half an hour !

Typical Wetherspoons pub. Outdated surroundings with no entertainment and a small amount of guest ales. In my opinion the food menu has become more limited over the years but is still fairly inexpensive. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Horrible nasty staff won't be coming here ever again we where in here last night at twenty to twelve my husband waited patiently to be served while two members of staff ignored him serving people behind him and actually walking up to the bar well after him he'd been there that long I went up to see what was happening and they started shouting it's gone twelve where not serving you he asked them to look on the cameras to prove how long he had stood there but they where so arrogant I've worked in pubs for over twenty years and never dreamed of treating customers so bad absolute jokes
