Nice enough and friendly staff but must book. Food was expensive - £17 for a burger - and nothing special. We went there to watch F1 - they have a couple of tv screens.

Working in London for a couple of days. Tried to get into three or four other pubs along Fleet Street around 6pm but all busy. Not good when looking for a seat/table for one. Tried The Albion...struck lucky. Served quickly, got a good table and beer and burger spot on after a long working day 😀

I visited here last Tuesday with some colleague's and I must say the service was impeccable. Genuinely friendly but not intrusive. I felt safe by the extra safety measures and cleaning taking place. Although we only had a couple beer's I am looking very forward to my next visit when I can try something off the new menu. The team working were all great.

Great atmosphere in this cosy proper English pub, not too quiet and not too busy. The food was delicious, I had the pork belly. They also serve some local brews, so if you are in town to visit, this might give you opportunity to try something new. There are also TV screens to enjoy a game of your favorite team. And, if you have a private function there is a separate space upstairs you can enjoy

Absolutely Brilliant pub. Would highly recommend to everyone. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice and fun. The staff was really friendly and was very good service. The Johnny ca$h burger was great, and that chilli mayo was deadly! The sausage and mash was also very delicious. Genuinely the first pub I've been to which actually deliver when writing the word spicy on their menu. Definitely coming back again!

Nice quiet pub, good range of drinks and food. Staff are friendly and the service is awesome. All tables are wiped down and sterilised between customers. Hi Albion team Just leaving a review to say how pleased i was when i visited today. My colleagues was very impressed with their sandwiches and i loved my gammon steak. I will most definitely recommend your pub to all my colleagues and you will see much more often.

Visited for dinner and drinks. Got the platter however the food was very dry and meat was overcooked. Order 4 pints of camden hells which tasted very odd...we questioned the bartender and they said nothing was wrong however was also questioned a waitress who then checked the barrel which was off.

nice place to have a team lunch upstairs with decent food at reasonable prices. The burgers are good the slow cooked pork belly was a bit on the small side though but tasty. It is rammed on evenings though and when a match is on turning into a football pub.

Yesterday, I was walking down Fleet Street and saw a man collapse. As I was assisting him, Sacha came over to help. He provided first aid to the man, provided a cushion and blanket to keep him comfortable and stayed until the ambulance arrived. He was absolutely fantastic - cool as a cucumber under pressure!

The good thing is that it is not extremely crowded like other pubs around the area. It has a second floor that it’s usually empty, so it’s good if you for sure want to get food or something. Staff is nice. The only downside is that although they have a few selection of beers they lack of a strong beer (in flavor) that is not Guinness.

I came to the Albion to sample the famous Johnny Cash burger. I was disappointed. Whilst the burger was as hot as advertised (we wisely asked for the sauce on the side - despite my bravado that I can take ANY LEVEL OF HEAT). The actual patty was tasteless and the bun fell apart. Chips were nice and the draft selection is decent as you would expect from any Young’s pub. I was expecting more.

Nice little pub with a surprisingly calm atmosphere (granted on a Tuesday night) despite being on a major road. Good selection of drinks, nice staff and the most AMAZING burger, very surprised by how good the burger was! Little pricey but what isn't in London these days. If I ever wind up in Blackfriars again I shall be back!

Good pub, I went there on Saturday lunchtime to watch the Old Firm game which was on one screen while West Ham v Spurs was on the others. Despite two big games being on it was not too busy and the service and drinks were very good.

Food is nice. The Johnny Cash Burger is the thing here if you like hot food and I do really mean hot food. My dear friend Barton and I tried it and I thought he was going to die when he broke into sweats. I've had a couple of other meals there andy they are nice and the service was swift. Friendly staff who will warn you off the hot sauce.

Good place in central London to watch sport, decent selection of beer. It's bang on Fleet Street and close to Blackfriars and City Thameslink train stations, so if like me you have a tendency to drink too much, you're a waddle away from a train seat.

Recently refurbished, nice after work pub with excellent Youngs Stout. Pub food is good too, try the Johnny Cash burger... If you dare, it has ghost chilli sauce (very very hot!).

A small pub in the city. It was so busy during festive period and navigating between the furniture was hard. Good drinks option, friendly staff, clean toilets.

This is a nice pub, but obviously being in London, the price of a beer is expensive. There is an upstairs available for rental and the downstairs is for anyone else. I watched the 2018 England vs Croatia game here and it was enjoyable, despite England's loss
