Food here is good with prices reasonable. Definitely worth a try if you haven't tried Persian food before. Beluga, as in the fish producing probably the best caviar, is the name of this Persian restaurant that tries to upmarket Persian food, an image mostly spoiled by menu prices scratched out by biro pen and some patched up by random white stickers. It has a menu with descriptions of smoked Japanese aubergines, organic Rhug Farm Salt Marshall's minced lamb, and Banham Farm free range chicken - or "Banham arm" as it's mistyped on its (very hard to read brown writing on brown background) menu! Some of the dishes here have a twist on traditional Persian food, like Murgh Torsh (with pomegranate molasses), and no sign of Barg which I think should be a minimum in order to call a restaurant Persian! If you go on a Sunday then you may miss out on the Panir Sabzi as apparently there's no fresh herb delivery on Sundays. Service here is great and nice quality drcor, but I think the rating ultimately comes down to the quality of the food, and with the likes of Behesht and Faanous that are an easy 5 star, Beluga is amongst competition an easy 4 star.
