Great place for a catch up with old friends, friendly staff and decent prices, £20 four doubles and mixers, won't get that in the local trendies. Bosh. Meeting up there next time for sure.

Always a great place for a few beers and a natter. Bar staff always lovely. When they ask how's your day they are genuinely interested in your answer.

Proper local pub. You don’t get many like this anymore in London. Cheep booze, friendly staff, and everyone seems to know everyone. Great place to watch sport and have a friendly chat with the other punters.

Enjoyed a couple of pints at Churchills, friendly atmosphere and inexpensive beer. Bartender never stopped working, ensured no-one waited long yet still kept the place tidy. Will be happy to visit again.

Good pub with a local feel. Beware the "free raffle". If your number is called and you don't make it all the way to the DJ "in time" your win is abolished... not so great for the elderly or less mobile. Good lager. Attentive staff (apart from those that run the raffle).

The most delightful proper old school pub. The regular patrons are delightful, charming and hilarious. The Thai food exceptional. All so reasonably priced you might not believe you are in Central London!!!

Well I went back to this place the other day, it had a friendly atmosphere the staff were polite. and i meet a customer who had been going there for years he loved the place . I had a great time . I hope it continues like this after the trouble I've had in the past.

Occasionally raucous and chaotic - the clientele can be like that, too, on occasion - but a gem of a pub if you like this sort of thing. Last night's gathering had the feel of a Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting overspill party.
