Reviews of Devonshire Arms

Quiet, quaint and quality...beer. lovely stop after the Wallace collection that serves a nice pint of Gamma Ray and Neck Oil.

Lovely vibes and great ambience. The bartenders were friendly. The pub is cosy and the dog is adorable.

I like much very this Dev pub. Very heavy music and nice bar people , customers are very enjoy and music dj is good expert.
I like cost of whisky and beer, gaurd police in the doorway very nicely and no knee to worry.
Very good bar.
D. P.
Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great selection of ales, craft beer and wine. Decor is fabulous too.

Found this little gem of a pub after two hours of enjoyable but exhausting wedding dress shopping. We were greeted warmly and advised in the cost benefit of a bottle rather than three glasses (we didn't take much convincing!!) Prosecco was a good one , and icy cold . We sat outside in the sun and our lovely bar tender showed off his great photographic skills. What a lovely place ❤️

One of the traditional good old pubs.
Attending staff, great service. Very nice selection of drinks. The interior has very nice atmosphere.
W. L.
Awesome pub, great atmosphere. Staff SUPER friendly. And pub dog the best!!! Drinks are really reasonable for central too.
M. S.
Very nice looking pub, with some decent beers, if you've had enough of shopping well worth heading for.
J. F.
Fabulous British pub just off of Oxford Street with a small amount of outside seating on a quiet street, so very pleasant in good weather. Good selection of beers and a very attentive landlord who makes the experience a delight.
No food at the moment, but a lovely place for a post work or pre dinner drink. 10/10

A haven away from the bustle of Oxford Street! We came for for one and stayed the night. Staff were knowledgeable about our tastes, and we were treated to an experience akin to that of a members club. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after.
This isn't a pub, this up there with London's top boozers. Discover it yourself and you will understand why!

Stopped with the intention of one drink and stayed all evening. Really relaxed nice vibe and staff were great! Had an amazing evening, thanks!
S. F.
Decent pub, nice pale ale on draught and löwenbräu but otherwise incredibly uninspiring selection of beers, too the extent that it appears they've gone out of their way only to stock bog standard beers both on draught and in bottles
D. S. B.
Really helpful, friendly staff - thanks James & Georgia! Could but have been more attentive! Helped me charge my phone!
S. W.
Cracking pub , nice atmosphere and very reasonably priced drinks for central London
P. T.
Great pub with a great atmosphere and good beers 🍻
C. W.
A real return to pub life, a great Boozer with lovely staff and clientelle - this one is a gem - shshshsh, don't tell the tourists. It is on my list of oasis in the urban desert!
S. M.
Decent traditional British pub with decent beers on tap. Food is very average. On an attractive street close to Manchester Square which makes outdoor drinking very pleasant in summer time. Staff are reasonably efficient and bar well stocked. Good for after work drinks in a quiet setting.
D. B.
Decent pub which has recently got a lot better with a snooker table recently being installed. Its becoming a very popular pub with pool, skittles and darts teams. The great thing about this pub is that its got 2 parts to it, the quiet restaurant side and the pub games side with the sport on. Service there is always really friendly. Always have a good time going there.

Very nice pub nice atmosphere

One of my favourite pubs in central London. Once occasionally frequented by the Beatles as EMI headquarters used to be located in Manchester Square. Only takes cards. No cash at all which means you get served really fast. Really like the cute outside area as well
C. M.
Good pint of Doombar with excellent service 😊
T. F.
Typical olde world London pub - a bit pricey averaging a fiver a pint. Quite cosy with wood panelling. Oddly there was a sign saying cards only so presumably no cash. Beer was good with three or four real ales. Good quick service.
D. B.
Really nice and beautiful pub. Not much seating area. However fabulous staff and really friendly. No trouble and crowd is always friendly and happy
P. G.
Lovely pub pleasing atmosphere
O. M.
Good pub. Ok selection of beers on tap. Friendly service. Small outdoor area with about 8 stools but you can also stand on the side street.
J. H.
The pub although small is always quite packed. The reason for this, I believe, is down to the friendly nature of the staff, especially a bar tender named Roy. He plays great music and is always watching out for people (especially those who get a bit too tipsy).
If you want a quiet drink after work this is the place to go, although it isnt open on the weekends.
N. S.
Very small pub, good for a beer or two but the selection of food and drink is not really great. The place is closed on Sundays so make sure you check online for opening/closing hours. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the pub is just behind Selfridges however, way from he crowded Oxford street.
B. C.
Lovely little pub based just off Manchester square. Reasonably priced, perfect for a quick drink.
Please note: this place takes payment by card only
M. S.
Looks old from the outside but inside it's a typical bland modern pub style. Had a good pint of beer. While there is a lot of space to stand outside you're not allowed to use most of it, as is becoming typical in London.
A. &. S. D.
Charming pub. Not many real ales but a nice vibe.
Y.
A fabulous place, great atmosphere, welcoming, friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
R. V.
Busy small pub in Marylebone. It has limited inside space but has a good amount of outdoor (standing only) space to drink. There is a decent selection of beers on tap.
S. S.
Great place to drink that pint after work. Attracts a trendy crowd. Prices are fair, cocktail doses could be better but great place to have a drink.
A.
A nice variety of beers on tap. Very friendly staff. I personally loved the fact that you could only pay by card!
Recommended!
M. G.
Always been good, staff were all sound until the manager/owner (not sure which) decided to turn off the lights as we were finishing up at closing time. Just a bit rude to be honest.
W. A.
Went after saturday shopping on oxford street. Served politely by barmaid but then had to listen to barman cursing and swearing loudly with his " mate".
He was even louder than the fairly loud music.
Not good for pub ambience
N. B.
Wood panelled walls and modern steel trimmed furniture make it feel traditional and cool at the same time. Great Ale selection too and nice staff.

Great Guinness & service
B.
Not bad place but we must wait 10 minut to order someting because one of the girls is so busy talk with friends. The bar closed at 20.. too early :/
A. H.
Good pub. Not very child friendly though. A licencing issue apparently.
A. P.
Proper out of the way locals pub catering to local workers in the area. Really not catering to tourists which is a good thing seeing as it's situated so close to Bond Street.
J. P.
Decent pub, found a new favourite wheat beer. Not as gothic as I was suggested it to be, but they played some decent music too.
P. R. K.
excellent pub, amazing staff, great selection of beers and spirits. highly recommend to anyone
D. T.
Decent pub, was very quiet when I was there. Good selection of beer, cozy inside.
P. I.
Amazing place, great service, kind staff, usually many people visit, it's fun and the atmosphere is really English. Love it. 100% recommend
P. F.
Lovely looking pub, wood decor, high ceilings. A few mins walk to Oxford St.
M. J.
Nice interior. pretty busy at times and the bar staff are quite quirky, but a good selection of drinks and a solid atmosphere
S. H.
Great pub, can get very busy in every time, especially outside
K. J.
great pub, with fantastic chips for lunch, and the music in the place is amazing and they do requests, on a friday night its normally very busy but the bar staff are fantastic and can handle any situation, and one specific bar tender called ROY was fantastic he made the pub what it is, and i was very happy with my service.
S. F.
Very tiny pub with a decent selection of beers and nice decor.
E. G.
Good Ale / beer, good service, good music and generally a hot barman... What more can you ask for? :)
